Very convenient booking online. Booked the "expert" technician for a lash lift and tint before vacation. They were about $40 more expensive than other stylists, but wanted it done right. When I went in, the stylist never spoke to me. They didn't inform me about the process or tell me that it may sting, smell, or take an hour. This was the first time I had this done. Came out looking like I had day old mascara on and without having my bottom lashes tinted because my eyes were "tearing" up during the procedure. Would not recommend. read more

Customer service is not accommodating. I had a spot test done which determined which glue would be safe to use for me. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment and had my extensions placed. I developed an allergic reaction so bad I had to remove them myself. I went the next day to have the remaining few lashes removed. I asked for some kind of partial refund or credit on a future service but was denied. They only offered a discount on a future service which will never happen. read more

Most importantly--my lashes look great! This was my first experience at The Lash Lounge and I had previous lashes removed and a new classic set applied. They looked at photos of my previous set and didn't try to push me to remove them, as they do foreign fills and the set was only a week old. However, I opted for a fresh slate. The space itself feels clean and orderly, which is what you want from a place that will be placing sharp objects near your eyeballs. The only hiccup was that my tech was 20 minutes late. I got a parking ticket 17 minutes before I arrived at my car to leave. Not her fault really, but a definite bummer. read more

As always, I don't make reviews too much unless I'm very impressed or not impressed. For this, I am very impressed with the Lash Lounge on second Street in Long Beach. This is the second time I get a lash lift with. Breyana ! She does a very good job. I love her Work and I trust her with what she uses for my lashes. They look gorgeous when I don't have any mascara on and when I do wear mascara, they look immaculate. They last a good eight weeks. (-) the lash lift was curled very tight and my lashes are pretty much hugging my eyelids and look like they're folded straight up. The lounge canceled my appointment 30 minutes before. I have an event to attend tomorrow and have been confirming my appointment with the lounge . They confirmed the appointment multiple times prior. They didn't even call to cancel the appointment but sent a text message instead. Very unprofessional. They are quick to remind you that any non show will be charged, yet, they sent another message to say that they are taking me off the schedule for today because Barbara is out! Maybe Seriously? Terrible customer service! I tried to cancel my appointment because I tested for covid!! I could not risk getting anyone sick. They still charged me $100. Lash Lounge, you exceeded my expectations ! I tried not to book around this area because trying to find parking is a hassle. But man , I'm glad I did! I called to ask for a last minute lash fill and they were able to schedule me! I was able to find a meeter oarking right in the front with a 1 hour and 45 minute maximum .y lash appointment only took 1.20 hours so it was perfect ! The place is so clean and classy . Ladies in the front are nice and my lash tech , Leanne was the best! I paid $19 extra because my original lashes were done somewhere where else , but I told Leanne what I wanted and she did an amazing job ! This was my first experience getting my lashes curled and tinted. My skilled and super sweet technician was Nathalie. She was very professional and let me know exactly what she would be doing and what the result would look like. I am beyond thrilled with the results. One thing that I was not expecting is what a relaxing experience it would be. I one hundred percent know that it is because I was in such caring hands that I was just able to lie down, relax and go into a deep state of meditation and relaxation. Let me start off first with saying that every lash tech I've had has been super nice and friendly and the environment is inviting and comfortable. However, the issue is that I have been repeatedly told something different by the front desk girls for months. Some examples; -I started here with a gift card. I was told I still had money left on the gift card after my first appointment and that I could apply it to my next appointment, great! Next appointment comes around; first they cannot check the gift card to see exactly how much is left on it. Second, because my CC is on file now, there's no way to apply the gift card. I would have to schedule a different type of service to be able to use the gift card that no one knows how much money is on. A gift card they issue themselves. -There was a period of time where I wanted to get my lashes done before vacation but it would have only been about a week between appointments, the girl at the front said it would only be considered a "mini fill", great, scheduled the appt. Well, when I showed up for my appointment before vacation she's now telling me, "oh it would actually be a full fill." I specifically went over with her the dates before, but now it's different? Also the only place that recommends a full fill after a week. -Not even for any of the reasons above, but I decided to cancel my membership. I let the girl at the front desk know and she had me sign some paperwork and let me know that there's a 30 day grace period on payments, meaning I'd be charged again and still have 2 appts, which was fine. After all of these issues though I asked her if she could email me a confirmation that my membership had been cancelled. She said she couldn't do that but that she was going to take care of it. They emailed me my contract at the beginning so why could they not email me a confirmation of cancelling it? Which leads to today. I go in for my final appointment and when I get up to the front the girl asked if I wanted to schedule my next appointment. Um nope, I cancelled my membership. She says she doesn't see that and that the other girl must not have "put it through". Seriously?? I *knew* to ask for a confirmation because I KNEW that this would happen! Did she just throw away the paperwork she had me sign, I don't understand? I was told today that she'd take care of it and that I won't get charged again, but honestly I'm preparing myself for that because of how things have gone. Honestly just feel like I was lied to over and over to either get a sale or up charge me when I'm already a loyal customer. read more

I have tried others if scheduling doesn't work out with Nathalie and she is by far the most gentle. I never feel scared when I'm with here! Overall all stylists are good.
