I'm very disappointed with the recent results I've been getting with them. I will go in on my refill and in about 2 days either my right eye or left eye are losing lashes. I have to come in weekly for constant fixes and noticed that tipping each week has cost me more then my membership! I tip 30-20. In the end I'm wasting time coming here weekly plus I waste 139 ( they rised the prices used to be 129) plus 30 bucks weekly? I would pay basically 229 a MONTH WITH COMING IN WEEKLY cause of the constant fixing. They do have friendly staff but they have horrible communication. I emailed them about not have good services and wanted to cancel my membership. Sharon suggest a different stylist and I agreed and made an appointment on Friday with Jasmine. I was told I was going to be well taken care of and when I arrived at 5:30 and was supposed to get Cheyenne since the stylist I had was out sick. I was basically forgotten about and I believe it was the manager that was about to leave me there with no stylist until one of the girls in her staff pointed out I was still missing a stylist. She didn't give me Cheyenne. Instead I got I believe Victoria ( which she is very nice) I thought I was going to get a fix but the receptionist charged me two separate amounts of 69.50 instead of the membership of 139 (which I usually see) she did look new and after messaging about the charge she seemed angry about it. Let it go but after two days (as usual) my lashes started to fall. (Picture below) I'm not sure what happened but for sure I won't be coming here again. I wasted so much more and with inflation I don't have the money to keep looking like trash and loose all my confidence. I might as well spend 229 on a lash tech that actually knows my lashes then someone that just keeps fixing them. read more

Giving this place one star because I'm upset with the return policy which is frankly a ripoff to say the least. I want to note that my lash lady was amazing and a sweetheart but the fact that they will not refund you for a product to cleanse your lashes that I had an ALLERGIC REACTION to is ridiculous and it's not cheap either. I figured lashes are not for me and thought I would just let anyone know out there that wants to come here, products are non refundable but they should let you know at the least when first purchasing them to begin with. Disappointing service on that note. Also, it's interesting how YOU HAVE TO CANCEL AND NOT BE AN INCONVENIENCE TO THEM but they can't honor the same for their customers. I spent over $200 here. Back story- I had just moved from Chicago to Long Beach and this was my 2nd time ever doing lash extensions. I wasn't thrilled w the outcome when I got them done at a DIF place. SO !I went into lash lounge earlier today for the first time. Like I said I didn't love the first outcome. I basically Googled and crossed my fingers. I was booked with Jenny for the removal and new application. We discussed the dif options on look, style, etc, she aldo measured my eyes( didn't get that with the other place) to better know what length,curl,texture is best. I'm a hairstylist so after the consult I felt we were on the same page and let her do her magic. And iam extremely satisfied! Jenny was sweet, knowledgeable, friendly and a great lash technician and artist, I def recommend her and the lash lounge. But from what I saw/heard from other clients they were all in love with their lashes and lash technicians Also the girls at the front desk were both extremely courteous and professional, and the salon was clean and decorated nicely. And getting to take a nap on a comfy lounge bed with a blanket and pillow for underneath yer legs, and wakeup with beautiful lashes is pretty wonderful. sorry for the novel! I am so happy with my hybrid lashes. They look so natural and I always receive positive compliments. Bree is an amazing eyelash technician. She is always so attentive and helpful and I always leave looking awesome. Everyone is friendly and there is always a pleasant vibe. If you want your lashes to look gorgeous then you should call and book an appointment with Bree or of the other helpful staff. I promise you will not be disappointed. The shop is very clean and sanitary. They always go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy with the finished product. Make an appointment as soon as you can. I came in last Sunday for a lash extension appointment. LOCATION - The salon is located right next to Creamistry on 2nd street. PARKING - Street parking can be extremely hard to find since it's located on one of the busiest streets, especially on a weekend. They do have a few reserved parking spots for customers in the back apparently. But best option in my opinion is to just to park in one of the neighboring residential areas (it's free) and take a quick stroll. Downtown LB is so fun to walk through!! AMBIANCE - Salon was very clean. It was decorated very sleek and modern with the marble and grayish tones. You enter through the small reception/waiting room and taken into a huge room with a bunch of bed stations. SERVICE - The minute I walked into the salon, I was greeted right away by Mark (the owner) himself. He was very funny and walked me through the paperwork with ease. My lash tech's name was Robin. Before we started, she informed me of the many different styles they did that would work best for my eye and face shape. You have the option of doing classics/hybrid/volume sets of silk/mink type lashes w/ lengths or natural/dramatic/extremes and c-curls/d-curls. I wanted a more soft dramatic look so I opt for the the volume - dramatic set with silk d-curl lashes. Once we started, Robin made this such a smooth, relaxing experience for me. She was super friendly. Besides the quick nap I took, I felt like we talked the majority of the time. I really enjoyed my conversations with her! CONS - Unlike other lash salons that have individual rooms, this one has no privacy at all since everyone is placed into one gigantic room. You can hear conversations left and right and other people snoring probably. And I know the temperature must be kept low at these places for a reason, but I felt like I was in Antarctica. The blanket they gave me didn't even help. So, I suggest wearing long pants and sleeves when you come. Overall, I had a great experience. I am IN LOVE with my lashes! Robin really listened and gave me what I wanted. I can't stop staring at them and been getting constant compliments ever since. I'm really looking forward to coming back to get my refills done by her! (And to say hi to Mark too haha) read more

I had a really great experience from the moment I walked in until it was time to leave. I worked with a new tech and they had final checks in place to make sure I went home happy with my lashes. The policies in place during the pandemic are also very reassuring, I felt safe being in there and purposefully went during an early morning appointment so I wouldn't be around a ton of people. Even when it was time for me to leave and a few more people were there, I still felt really safe as everyone was appropriately distanced and I was able to peek at their cleaning procedures. I got The Lash Lounge Mascara and I love the applicator and the formula isn't thick or clunky, super smooth makes my lashes look so long and beautiful! When I have my lash extensions on I use the mascara for my bottom lashes and it completes the look ! Love it ! Not to mention the cleanliness of the salon and how I was greeted was so welcoming ! What a great experience and treat for myself. I wouldn't have thought to get lashes because I have long eyelashes but wow, such an enhancement to my natural look! It was my first time getting lashes and I couldn't have had a better first time experience. The lash specialist, Jordan was so attentive and friendly. She walked through each step, took her time and was able to also engage in a nice conversation too. Sharon was also so nice and helpful to get me situated. Another bonus: I appreciated that there were Bluetooth headphones available in case you forgot your headphones. The store was clean, beautiful, everyone was friendly, also wearing their masks too. My lashes are asymmetrical and when I asked the stylist to fix them, she said just brush them... that doesn't fix the fact they were done poorly and the shape is crooked, lashes are distinctly different lengths making it appear to have gaps. This was my second visit in an attempt to give a second chance to make my lashes look nice. I would not recommend this place. Not sure how they have decent reviews read more

I received a lash lift over a week ago and it turned out awful. I waited a few days to see if it would adjust and would not look as bad but nope it was not what I expected or wanted. I paid $109 for the lash lift and now was going to need to pay $25 to correct it. I called and made an appointment to have the lash lift corrected. The morning of my appointment (11am appointment time) they texted me at 9:27am stating they needed to move the time of my scheduled appointment and could not accommodate an early time the following day. No thank you, not returning and do not recommend this place. read more
