I wasn't really thrilled with the service offered at this lash bar. I am just underwhelmed with the end result and felt my lash tech (who acknowledged that there was a big language barrier) did the same lashes she's done on everyone else every time she does them. I also got they're on mine special for a full set you get a brow tint and wax for $180 however ended up paying over 250 including tip of course. I just wouldn't come back. read more

I had to get my eyelashes done for a wedding the same weekend. I've never had them done before so I was nervous. The ladies that greeted me were super sweet, I was offered refreshments and a very comfortable place to await my turn. I LOVED my lash tech, she was very gentle, efficient and overall amazing!! First... pricing is way off. The first time i went in i had quality lashes done at a different location and simply wanted a 2 week fill. They worked on me for 45 minutes and charged me $115... and I didn't even like my lashes that much. I decided whatever, I'll give it another chance. The next time I went in for a fill, I discussed the issue with them and they agreed their pricing was way off... and made it sound like they were gonna compensate me by giving me a great price. When all was said in done, I got a $5 discount. To top it off, my lashes don't even look good. AND, on the drive home from getting then done, at least 10 fell out. I received a eye lash tint, brow tint, & brow wax. Brows are great! Lashes not so much.... not dark enough, didn't get the tint down to the base, and did not tint the lower lashes. Also, my lash lady did not wear gloves and we are in the middle of a pandemic. Gross on a normal day and I think it's against phase 1 protocol. I didn't realize it until she pulled the tint off my lashes and I opened my eyes. Also no private rooms. Won't be returning. read more

The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the studio itself is cute, decorated well, and the beds are comfortable with blankets. Beyond that, I can't think of a reason to come back. The prices are so ridiculous that I can't justify a reason to come here, even in a pinch. I booked an appointment for eyebrow threading. It cost around $35 after tip. I normally pay $12 to get my eyebrows threaded at Rina's Eyebrow threading. This place messed up the shape of my brows. Rina's gets the shape right every time, is faster, and literally less than half the price. The girl here took forever to thread them, had a bright light shining in my eye the whole time that felt like torture, and the shape came out so bad. I just needed a cleanup, so I'm not sure why she couldn't just follow the existing shape I had. read more

The people who work here are all very professional, and return phone calls very quickly. I've had my lashes done by Izzy and Alece, and would recommend either one of them! I have always been happy with the way they come out- people always compliment me on how natural it looks, but these are definitely not my lashes!! I tried this place out yesterday and I was very pleased with my experience. I wasn't sure I would ever do eyelash extensions again after a recent bad experience (not at this salon). The last bad experience I had ended in frustration and basically removing all the remaining lashes myself, so I was left with scant and nubby natural lashes. I looked awful. I was nervous about going through it again and I wanted to find someone that was really good. I read about Szilvia and according to all the reviews, she really seemed to know what she was doing. The reviews were right! She was extremely meticulous and she took the time to explain how the look is different for everyone based on the amount of lashes you have available. How volume lashes can help add more fullness, etc. Where I was missing some lashes, she added in some volume lashes free of charge and it looks so great!! I was very impressed with her and her work. Before when I would get eyelash extensions, the corners of my lashes would feel thick and there would be sections that would bother me so I would find myself touching them and of course those would come off first, but not so with these!! Also, the chair I say in was very comfortable for my back, even with back problems. The one negative is the salon was a little noisy and less relaxing than I would have liked, but that's a small price to pay for good work. read more

I have been here three times and the experiences have been just ok and very inconsistent. The owner/reception has messed up my appointments twice with miscommunications to the technicians. Every time I am seen, one eye starts to burn from the collagen pads after placement. I think they place them up too close to the mucous membranes of my eyelids. The first time she switched to tape after the burning started- the tape cut my eye and I had a red cut for 3 days that was visible. Maybe the shape of my eyes are difficult? I left this last time really disliking my lashes. They look very fake, whereas before I had felt so confident with them and that's why I returned even after the cut incident. read more

These ladies are awesome! Just had a full set of eyelash extensions and they look amazing! Exactly what I asked for!! Something that you would think would be a little uncomfortable but I was so relaxed and they were so gentle that I actually fell asleep!! It's just a calming environment and the salon is just so beautiful. They also have other services for eyebrows, facials and waxing. There is a private room for waxing too. I got a full set mink lashes and I love them. The mink is real and they a light as a feather. My technician did an excellent job and I will return. It took the normal amount of time but I was very satisfied with the salon and the bed that we have to lay on. I have already booked my fill appt and cant wait to get them done again! I was thrilled to have my eyelash extensions in time for New Years Eve. They were able to fit me in only 4 days after I called and booked my appointment. Izzie did my lashes and was so nice and answered all my questions. I really enjoyed the experience of getting my lashes done. I left loving my lashes and was so excited. They were beautiful and looked really natural. However, I woke up this morning and one of my eyes looks like it has about half the lashes the other one does...?!?! I sleep on my back so I know that it wasn't from rubbing on the pillow. I was careful not to wear any makeup or get my eyelashes wet yesterday either?! I love the lash resort! My lash tech is AMAZING!!! She's the first lash tech that is so gentle I can actually fall asleep while she's working! My eyes have never been red, watery or irritated afterwards. The pricing at lash resort is also slightly less than other places I've tried. They are clean, classy, quiet & relaxing. I just had to take time out of my day to write this review. These ladies and this salon is WONDERFUL! MY usual lash tech is Alece and not only does she do an absolutely fabulous job, she is so funny and a delight to speak and joke with. It realmakes the time fly by! A day after getting a new a new set, the sprinkler system went off in my apartment and totally ruined my lashes. They were able to get me in same day when I called with Natalia. She also did a great job and was so gentle that I actually fell asleep! I can't wait to go back. My lashes are gorgeous and I even saw a woman in the salon that had her eyebrows done (microblading?), and they looked SO natural. I called inquiring about eyelash extensions and the woman recommended I try an eyelash lift before trying eyelash extensions because I told her I did have pretty long eyelashes. I said okay and I booked the appt. the place is cute and decorated nice but I did not like the eyelash lift AT ALL especially for how much I was charged. It burned my eyes really bad. It also made my eyelashes all curly and crazy! For like 2 months! I just went to a different place and the women said I should have gotten my money back so if another professional says that then there was something wrong. It doesn't do much for your eyelashes so if you are considering it don't do it just go for the eyelash extensions. Definitely bummed about this experience. read more

BEWARE OF UNAUTHORIZED EXHORBITANT CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT My review is based on an issue my friend, who referred me to Lash Resort, is having wirh this business. Her credit card was charged $450 for a disputed missed appointment. I say disputed because she claims she never made the appointment. It possibly resulted from a conversation she had about other services they provide there as her lashes were being applied. She doesn't know for sure. As a result, out of the blue she was charged. After conversations with the owner, she was unwilling to relieve her of the charges. To make matters worse, she even called the school where my friend attends and voiced a complaint about her. What nerve!! Would she also call her job if she knew where she worked? I find this behavior appalling and absurd and I would never subscribe or recommend any business that employs such desperate tactics. As for my own personal experience there, it was not that great as far as the service itself. I actually cancelled my subsequent appointment before I learned of this matter with my friend. Upon arrival, it took several minutes for me to be greeted. After which, I had to request my own paperwork as I had never been there before and it's customary to complete a short questionnaire prior to any service. The lash application was splotchey at best. My eyelashes were crisscrossed and did not really match the texture or curl of my existing lashes. She did address it once I brought it to her attention, but I was annoyed that I had to mention it at all. So, if you're looking for lashes, there are numerous options that are way better! You can go to the GRAND BEAUTY SPA on Kennedy or LASHES by GLOW. They are both excellent providers and the customer service is extraordinary! They'll serve you tea or wine or water while you wait. read more
