Terrible service and I've never felt so rushed in my life!! I went in for a pedicure and manicure and from the time I sat in the first chair, I was out in less than 30 minutes! My nails were crooked after my manicure and I had to file after to fix them! She didn't bother to put a bottom or topcoat on, so the next day my polish started peeling. And don't expect any lotion on your hands because you don't get it! My toe nails were crooked and she only put one coat but didn't even make sure it covered the entire nail! The place was mobbed with people and they continued to still tell people to come in with phone calls even when busy. I should have took this as the first red flag. The worst Mani/pedi ever! The powder dip color came out like blood on my fingers so she added gel, and now it looks extra thick and fake. On top of that, she was rude to me, and blamed me for picking the wrong color! The color did not match what I picked, and we looked at the samples together and she denied it. The place is not clean. I got a bad fungal infection there. Also, a technician cut my finger but continue working not even acknowledging the problem. At first I was very happy with this place. I had gel nails and one of them broke after a few days and lifted. I called and was told it would be taken care of to just come in. The owner Tammy was the one I spoke with and said it would be free. I went in, and she came over to me as I walked in the door, took nail glue, poured it on the nail and pressed it down. Hi everybody. I have never complained on yelp until now. I need to share my story with all of you because I have never experienced anything like this and I'm close to 50 years old. Today was my third time getting my nails done at Tammys nails the first two times I was there they were extremely rude. There is something seriously wrong with that whole group of girls that work there the way they spoke to me and treated me was unbelievable. I went in for a full set and showed them a picture and explained I wanted almond shaped nails. She's filing my nails, and on one side of each Neil was more slanted than the other. That being said they are no longer a almond shaped Neil they just looked whacked out, I commented on the sheep instead of them being apologetic they all ganged up on me at the same time and said I was not welcomed there anymore. Do not come back. I am too fussy and they said I wanted everything to be perfect. I couldn't believe it. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is I was so miss treated today simply because I spoke up to share with them. I was very unhappy with the shape of my nails they didn't like it. They need to learn the customer is always right. That being said, I will never go back there again not to mention all three times I called ahead To see if they could take me at a specific time that way I wouldn't have to wait every time they would say no problem see you then I would arrive at the time that I told him I was going to arrive and I'm still sitting there for 45 minutes so if you call them and ask them if it's OK to come in to get something done and they say come on in The lied to you just to get you in the door and also I want everybody to know they do not sterilize their manicuring tools. Been here twice now. Both times I had a pedicure- one was the $25 classic and just yesterday the $35 deluxe. Both were great and the first time the polish lasted so long. It seems like their polishes are all fresh and last a long time compared to other nail salons. The place is super clean and I love how they use disposable liners in the pedicure tubs. Im pretty low maintenance so I'll likely just do the $25 one cause a nice polish change in just 15 min? Sign me up. Not 5 stars just cause the staff wasn't that friendly and the girl who did my pedi legit said nothing to me the whole time so a bit awkward. For the quality though and freshness and longevity of the polish I'll be back for more pedicures. read more

Pedicure lasted all of probably 15 minutes with no massage, lotions, etc. Same thing with my manicure, no lotion or hand massage at the end and the technician was very short with me. They didn't take their time to make me feel relaxed which is what I'm paying for. By the other reviews I've read of this place, it seems like this is not out of the norm for them. read more
