I hope this place doesn't die. Haha! Ok so I am into curated oddities and dark cultural phenomena... and this place has a future if it doesn't kill itself... haha! The museum and the restaurant are exactly what you'd thin. Food was pretty good, they were out of a lot of stuff. My wife's drink was um, Savory??!! It tasted like turpentine, but that why we're here. I got the peoples temple drink. It was tasty. Listen this place has a long way to go, BUT KEEP GOING it the only way it gets better!!! There is not an option for negative stars unfortunately. This was a terrible place to eat. The first person you meet is rude. Tells you find a table. Comes over to tell you the drinks, mostly soft drinks. Brings out cans of soda. No cups, no straws. The best was we ordered a diet coke and she brings back regular coke, we ask for the correct drink and she brings back a small can of coke zero. The menu is barely legible and the print you can't even read it. We all ordered smash burgers, fries and onion rings. Took 45 minutes for they to come out. The burger was supposed to have onions I think we each had one tiny piece. The burgers were either undercooked or overcooked. No seasoning and quite frankly disgusting. Each of took maybe one bite and that was enough. The fries were definitely air fryer quality. Our waitress yeah saw her once. She never came over to check or offer boxes which none of us wanted anyway. We wanted to pay our check and we had to track her down. The front is for the museum that back bar area is for the restaurant. Gave us total, sign says they prefer cash, but they don't have enough on hand to make change in the back, so back to the front and guess what still not enough change. So by default she got a tip for doing the absolute bare minimum. Now we are waiting to see if any one of us gets food poisoning. This was terrible. Food was not good (no ice for drinks, fries were cold. Wings were crispy on outside and slimy on the inside). The best thing was the shrimp. They were out of a lot of stuff. the smell. oh, my word. It smells like dead things. Yhe kind of smell that sends signals to your body to not eat. Were you expecting to drink alcohol because the website says they have It and there's a literal bar on site? they don't serve any. Were you planning on showing up at 12pm to eat lunch? The kitchen doesn't open until 1pm. Were you expecting to drink something other than Coke or Code Red from the can? Were you expecting a near 1hr wait when there was only 1 table ahead of you? Were you expecting to be able to read the menu easily? I had no choice but to walk out. we were excited to go & we're very open minded. Especially for a new small business, but there is no TLC. The place is absolutely disgusting and needs to be shut down. They give you canned pop, which is room temperature. We weren't given any utensils, napkins or straws- so I had to go to the "bar" to get them myself. The menu offerings are super limited, because I found out that they are using air fryers and cooking OUTSIDE ON A GRILL! The burgers we ordered were inedible, pink, cold and completely undercooked, yet still took almost an hour to come to our table. The waitress never checked on us one time afterwards as she likely knew that the burgers were bad. Each of us took one bite from them and found them to be improperly cooked. We only ate our cold, air-fried onion rings and french fries, which I can only assume were purchased from a local walmart. We didn't even take the burgers home to feed the racoons because we didn't want to sicken them! The bathroom had completely watered down soap, and the kitchen bathroom area smelled like dead cows. Maybe that's where they source the "human" bones that they sell in the giftshop. Save yourself the headache, the money and the food poisoning and stay FAAAAAR away from this nasty joint! read more

Nice eerie ambiance. Was kinda caught off guard when the waitress asked " what would you like for your last meal". The food was delicious. However I ordered the John Way e Gacy and never got any strawberries. Drink was delicious as well. read more

This place deserves zero stars. I honestly don't understand how this place is still open. The waitress was unfriendly, it took 45 minutes to get 3 smash burgers. I asked if she had diet coke she said yes and then brought me a coke. She never checked on us after we got our meal. Our burgers were God awful! Didn't even taste like meat. Each member in our group took one bite and we were done. She never brought our bill. Theres a sign that says preferred cash so when we went to pay cash she had shorted us because there was no change. The customer bathroom was broken so we had to use the employee bathroom. The soap dispenser was just water no actual soap. I felt so bad for the people that drove there from out of state to try the place and ended up leaving because the place was so bad. I'm pretty sure the people leaving good reviews is either the owner trying to boost his reviews or friends he knows trying to do it for him. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This place needs to be shut down for so many health reasons. read more

This could be a really cool concept and I hope it gets better over time because it has potential. They were out of a lot of things... which was fine but considering the limited menu the food service was also really slow. Our food was okay but nothing special. That being said the staff were all nice and I really hope they continue to get better and develop because I think it could be a cool place. read more

Honestly the food is limited and basic. But chances are, you're not coming here for the food. Your here for the theming and the Ohio Horror Museum it's a part of. So for the overall experience, I'd rate it higher. But for the restaurant alone, it's so-so. read more

The food is mediocre at best, but honestly I was expecting that since it's supposed to be about atmosphere and service. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is ruined by excessively loud music, and the old lady waitress is really rude about it, too. There's a reason we were the only people here at 5:30 on a Saturday. The locals know to avoid it. And the horror museum part of it, also a total waste of time. It's like 6 displays, of which 2 are just blasting music on repeat. What a fun concept for a restaurant, absolutely destroyed by shitty, loud music and rude staff. read more

This was the worst decision we have ever made! We made reservations for 5pm. We go in at 5 and we are told that there would be a 1 hr wait. Ok, no problem we will check out the museum. At 645, we finally got a table. We sit down and the waiter comes over and immediately tells us that they are out of 3 of their signature drinks, pomegranate to make some of the others and coke. Comes back with the drinks we did order (basically our only options were Diet Coke, sprite and water) and then tells us they are out of burgers and almost out of fries. There were only 3 of us and there weren't even enough fries for all 3 of us. Also, judging by the other reviews, and what I overheard outside while waiting, I wasn't really interested in eating much of anything else. We literally waited almost 2 hours to be told that they don't have what we want to eat. The museum was alright, nothing really special... $10 per person that honestly should be included with the meal with the minimal amount of stuff they actually had. If you want a a museum worth going to, I suggest going to the museum of death. read more
