Had to cancel our dinner plans at the last minute so we ended up ordering 2 pizzas from Britt's. BIG MISTAKE! Placed the order at 8:30pm and were told we couldn't get delivery because they close at 10pm. This statement made no sense to me, especially since we were ordering from a condo that was less than a field goal kick away from the restaurant. We were also told it would take 60 minutes for 2 pizzas to be ready for pickup. That seemed like a long time to me but you can't hurry good food. Since the pizzas were terrible the good food line doesn't work either. These 2 pizzas take the prize for the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. M&M size pieces of sausage unevenly scattered only in the center of the pie. The pepperoni was more evenly placed, but the crust was literally burnt to a crisp on the edges and soggy in the middle, which is difficult to do so I guess that's why it took so long to make them. We also ordered an antipasto salad. If you look closely you can see the single piece of onion near the top of the picture. The meat and cheese were ok, for processed meat and cheese. A few slices of tomato and a handful of Kalamata olives on a bed of greens and a 1 ounce container of Italian dressing. Very disappointing, but compared to the pizza it was the best part of the meal. The worst part of this catastrophe was that this is from a Gulf Blvd restaurant in a resort town. Prices are resort town prices, but service and quality are way below average. Never again! read more

VERY disappointed with our experience at Brit's. Our family arrived with a party of 15 and were told they could not serve us because the kitchen was "messed up." While we understand that unexpected issues can happen, the explanation felt vague and the staff seemed more interested in closing up than trying to accommodate a large group of paying customers. No effort was made to offer alternatives, estimate a wait time, or help us understand the situation. After bringing a large family together and choosing this restaurant, being turned away at the door was frustrating and embarrassing. Customer service goes a long way, especially when dealing with large parties. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling unwelcome and unappreciated. We ended up taking our business elsewhere. Mind you we come here every year. And they refuse service because they don't feel like serving us. Ridiculous. Won't be back. After coming here for 15 years read more

we've been looking for a good pizza place since the hurricanes and our go to is apparently gone for good. Saw the review by Dave Portnoy on Britt's and tried it tonight. The patio is still being rebuilt, but the inside is fresh and clean with pretty much new everything. Service was quick and attentive on a Wednesday night. Both pizzas were very good. In my opinion the crust could've done with another 30 seconds in the oven, but that's just me. The star of the show tonight was the bruschetta -Tangy sweet goodness on perfectly done toast points. I kept going back to that dish throughout the meal. The naked wings were fantastic. We got them with a side of Buffalo sauce and blue cheese. Juicy,meaty but crispy skin. We have been coming to treasure island for over 30 years. Somehow, we have never stopped by Britt's. After driving around trying to find parking, and a place open past 9 or 10, we found Britt's Pizza. Everything we had here was so so so good! Three of us had pizzas. Crust, sauce, made fresh by them. The fettuccine Alfredo was garlicky and delicious. Definitely going to be adding this to our list of restaurants to visit when we come back to Treasure Island. Good pizza. They have few vegan options and some you can customize to be vegan. We started with garlic knots without parmesan (vegan) and they were very good. Crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Very garlicky. Reminded me of Italian focaccia. The marinara sauce was very flavorful. Then we got two small pizza, one veggie without cheese (they do offer vegan cheese but I decided not to have any), and one supreme. Both were good and small is enough for one person. I wish they had more tomato sauce. Also, the supreme seemed to be lacking in cheese. For dessert hubby got their chocolate mousse cake and it was very good. Service was ok. read more

We came on a Saturday around 5ish, there was parking right in front which belongs to the restaurant. We got seated right away. We got a small half pepperoni and half cheese and a Margherita. The half pepperoni and half cheese was okay, I wish it would have been more crispy but did like the pepperoni they used. The famous Margherita was flavorful however it was on the more saucey size and not crispy on the bottom so when you pick it up, everything was falling. We also got buffalo wings which we got regular and then they took it back and put the sauce on it, the wings were okay and not hot. The tiramissu which i read on another review to try it, I would skip it. I had better. The service was okay, I don't want to express more about it. If you decide to venture and like your pizza crispy ask for it. read more

The flavor was absolutely delicious--crispy crust, fresh toppings, and that smoky char you can only get from a real coal oven. It was slightly overcooked around the edges, but not enough to take away from how good the pizza was overall. I wasn't so sure about stopping here because of the 3.7 score but my family and I were very pleasantly surprised. The pizza was delicious!

Service was very friendly and around 5 pm on a Sunday we were seated right away. The large pizza option allowed us to do a half and half split of two types of pizza. We also shared a small portion of the house salad. The pizza and salad were nothing we'd rave about and tasted pretty mediocre. Parking is also very difficult in this area, despite them having a a few spots on the Main Street and around the side. They share a lot with the resort across the street fyi and they were pretty vocal that towing is enforced. It definitely got busy after the sun went down and all the beach goers were looking for dinner. read more

BECAREFUL!! Check their math or they just choose to tip themselves, and makeup numbers as they go. I called to order 2 small pizzas for pickup, and on their website the subtotal was $23.9. When I called to place the order I was told that the total was $27.90, which I thought was on the high. When I went to pick it up they told me $26.60, which made a little more sense-ish for taxes. So I gave them $40 and they gave me back $13 with no receipt. When I got back home, I realized it seemed a little sketch and called to notify the manager. I asked her what my total was and she told me $25 something and I stated I was told different totals every time, and none resulted in only receiving back $13. She said that I should've got back 0.22 more cents (which still doesn't add up) and no apology about their incorrect math. All in all be careful as that was very shady. I know it was only a dollar and some change, but I can only imagine what's done to others with larger bills not paying attention. Plus the two 10 inch pizzas (cheese and Hawaiian) were pretty mid. read more

Listen... I am on vacation and went to treasure island beach. Got a ham and cheese sandwich from here. Have been eating ham and cheese sandwitches for a long time. I'm 35 years old. Hands down the best ham and cheese I've ever had in my entire life and I mean that. The fact I tasted that will forever haunt me because I know I'll never taste one that even comes close again. Get it hot. The chipotle mayo that comes on it is INSANE. Pizza was really good too. I will remember this sandwich my entire life until the day I die. But let me tell you the pizza hit right. The crust is a perfect consistency and the cheese was great too. My wife is lactose intolerant so she got a pizza with no cheese and really really enjoyed it as well. Ordered two pizzas pepperoni and margherita, got one delivered and the manager accused me of lying that I didn't order 2 pizzas when my kids would never eat a Margherita pizza. Super great first impression. I never said I wouldn't pay for a 2nd pizza I just wanted it in 15 minutes so my kids could eat since we had waited 40 minutes already. On top of that the only pizza we received in 40 minutes was a cold, sub par margherita. $7 for 4 cans of coke when they were out of 2 liters. Will NEVER support this place again. What a nightmare!
