The food is delicious! Love the empanadas and the sauces. Great place to grab a quick bite in between your beach and bar hopping.

Ample number of choices - Including, but not limited to White rice, rice and beans, beef, chicken, yuca, Madurai's, etc .There's also a small salad bar. The portions are very generous. The prices are very reasonable/affordable. There's a parking lot across from the restaurant and space is usually never an issue. The restaurant was recently renovated. Good for eating in or take out. CASH ONLY. There's an ATM in the restaurant. Give it 5 stars because of the generous portions, low prices, friendly staff, quick service and good tasting food.

These were pretty good and the included sauce went well. Next day for lunch I had have the chicken cheese and corn. This was not enjoyed, it really lacked any seasoning. Did not finish. Final one I tried for a lunch a few days later was the empanda with all the meats. It was pretty good, but kinda try and dare I say too much meat. It was more shredded chicken then anything else, did not finish. So why the four stars and not 3? The size was really big and for the price I paid it was a great value for the product. I think I would try them again. Delivery was easy and smooth.

It's a tight area with a handful of chairs by the window and by their counter space. Everything is made to order, so anticipate to wait a little bit for it to come out fresh. I came with my sister who was intent on their lobster empanadas in which we went half and half on a Three way with pork, ham, and steak empanada as well. The lobster was tasty and definitely from the ocean. I wished there was cheese in the other as I found it to be stuffed but dry. They offer a delicious pink sauce which is a must. Lots of drinks are available including soft drinks, juices, and even smoothies. Next time I come I'd like to try their sandwiches! I do recommend experimenting with what they have.

The Conch Tunover was delicious IMHO however my teen wasn't a fan. I loved the seasoning and touch of spice.

Picked up 4 types empanadas, classic beef and chicken, spicy chicken and another beef one with raisins, for a World Cup final watch party. Store was festive today with Argentina being in the final. We walked into a space that is more takeout oriented in scale, but warm and comfortable enough to sit and eat without feeling out of place. The menu runs over twenty varieties of empanada on a given day, and the range is wide enough that building a mixed order across a few different fillings was the natural and obvious way to go. The classic beef is a reliable anchor and the short rib version elevates that same foundation with a richer, more layered filling. We tried the chicken mushroom, one of the more distinctive options on the menu, and it was worth ordering for something that departs from the expected. The spicy chorizo paired well with the chimichurri sauce, which is worth asking for if it does not come automatically. The La Che is another strong option if you want to try the house specialty alongside a more classic pick. One thing worth knowing is that some varieties sell out earlier in the day, so arriving with a bit of flexibility in your order in case a specific filling is gone is a smart approach. The staff were friendly and helped guide us through the menu when we hesitated. The empanadas themselves came out hot and crisp, with fillings that felt generous and well seasoned. For an empanada stop in Newton that delivers on variety and quality, Che Empanada is worth seeking out. We would come back for the short rib and the spicy chorizo, and we would plan to arrive earlier to catch the full selection.
