I've used this business before for alterations but never took the time to write a review. I used them to taper my scrubs for work. I always bought a particular brand and loved the fit but hated the flare at the bottom of the pants. So the seamstress here would taper them. They were always perfect and consistently finished on the promised date. So when my daughter gave me a jumpsuit, I tried it on, it was cute but a little too short, and the bust part was too revealing. That's when this seamstress came to mind. The jumpsuit fit me perfectly otherwise, and I loved it, but I didn't want to have to turn it. The owner came up with an instant solution that sounded simple and easy. She gave me elastic bottoms and added small buttons; now it fits like a glove! And just as always, it was ready in no more than a week. I think they dry-cleaned it, too. The alterations were reasonably priced. The quoted price was what I was expecting. The place is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking, is clean, and the customer service is A-1. During a home remodel we required wash and fold, dry cleaning, comforter and pillow cleaning services due to construction dust. I've been taking my clothes here for years. The quality of service is superb. In all honesty, I've been to a ton of dry cleaning places and still return here. The parking is adequate, the prices are reasonable and their quality of cleaning is superb. I haven't had an issue with them before and I think I will continue to use this place to take care of my laundry and cleaning needs. In particular, I take my "Barong" which is my Filipino formal shirt. These pieces of clothing are pretty hard to clean, especially after a long night of partying. Deer Valley Cleaners cleaned it to the original color and even pressed it back it's perfect fit. I really don't have a reason not to come back here. This Business will ruin your clothing then will not be responsible. After ruining an article of clothing they searched the internet to find the value, much less than the actual receipt provided. For one small, simple situation they took 2 weeks to respond and are willing to give up hundreds of dollars in annual business revenue to save $20 and insinuate a customer is not trustworthy to provide the value-keep in mind the destruction of the item also ruined the overall outfit...- we pay plenty for the services... Also, the owner, I think Mr. Chan or Chung, will not speak to customers or give out his number- a true business coward that has no business being in business for customers as he has no understanding of who pays his bills. I had given them a chance after losing my clothes once before. All this said, avoid Deer Valley Cleaners, if you are local, drive a little further, don't waste your money on your clothing at this fake business, they don't do the cleaning there anyway, they ship it to Dublin... The only dry cleaners I'll go to in my area. I strayed once (see below for Lone Tree review) and paid dearly. So now I vow never to cheat again! I take my hubby's suits and even a pair of designer jeans (yes, I'm one of those) on occasion and never had any issues. Pick up and drop off is always a breeze. Owners are very sweet and accommodating. The in-house seamstress is a lifesaver. I needed a quick zipper fix on my dress for a Christmas party and was in a jam. She saw my pain and managed to make the time to do it on short notice. Recently, I brought in a suit I bought from Nordstrom Rack a year ago that had never been worn but was now a size to big (yay it's too big, boo I can't return). She did wonders with it along with another suit that needed adjustments. Come here if you need any alterations or if you want your clothes cleaned and not mutilated! Stopped by to get my daughters dress altered for prom. The customer service was good and dress was ready on time as promised. I have never got a dressed altered before so when my daughter picked it up and I saw the bottom was only cut no stitching of any sort at the bottom I wasn't sure if that was how it was suppose to look. But it wasn't bad just didn't have a fancy edge. But they did a great job on the straps. I told her they did one for a friend, so she changes her story and said that its expensive. $25.00. OK. I thought it would be about $20.00. I hate having clothes dry cleaned, so I do my best to not buy clothes that require it. I always bring my husband's suits here. Our cal king comforters don't fit in our washing machine at home, so I always bring them here, too. I tried several places in town, and I like this place best. It seems to take a long time (sometimes a week) to get my husband's suits done, but the job is always done well. Now here is what bothered me. I then asked if she could give me a rough estimate based on the average suit that they do as I'm sure that I'm not the only person this week that has needed this service and she starts yelling at me telling me i have a problem ( Now that accent is getting pretty annoying when its being used in a harassing way). There was a time period I would take my husband's work clothes there and spent hundreds of dollars. I never had an issue and never really interacted with the staff since I was always in a hurry. Now that being said, late last year I took a pair of black jeans to get the zipper fix. I picked them up a few weeks later since I wasn't in dire need of them. When I got home I noticed the zipper was broken?!! I was so upset, but decided to wait to take them back. When I got around to take the jeans back, she told me that I brought back another pair of jeans and that they wouldn't have return my jeans with the broken zipper. I explain mistakes happen, however I explained to her that I wouldn't bring another pair of jeans to them all in a non aggressive way. I told her I have been going there for many years and spent a lot of money. I would NOT compromise my business with them for $17. I even asked her to look at the computer to check my history with them. She refused and told me to GET OUT and to NEVER COME BACK! I was shocked!! I didn't raise my voice at all. I came here recently and they were able to clean my shirts and pants very quickly and did a good job to remove my stains. Service was quick and I was able to go in and out within minutes. I prefer to use dry cleaning instead of laundry for the clothes that I like so there is less wear and tear on it over time. His place has a good parking lot and easy to access. read more

I took my boyfriend's white 3 piece suit to this cleaners to be dry cleaned. It had quite a few spots on it that I pointed out when I dropped it off. The person who checked it in marked SOME Of the spots with tape. I continued to point out spots because I didn't want any excuses for them missing them. He stopped me and said that was enough, they would find the rest. I made a point to tell him I did not want them to miss any because my boyfriend needed the suit for an event that week. He said it would be fine. He asked me when I needed it and he told me when I could pick it up. We got a message saying the suit was ready for pick up. The day before the event, I went in to get the suit and found that there were still PLENTY of NOTICEABLE spots left on this white suit. I told her to have it redone. She acted like she didn't want to do it but finally agreed. She said it would be ready for pick up the next afternoon. I told her how inconvenient that was since the event we were going to was the next evening. She didn't seem concerned. I went in the next day to pick up the suit. Some of the stains were gone, BUT NOT ALL OF THEM. I was NOT happy. I had paid nearly $20 to have this suit cleaned, had it cleaned TWICE, and made now THREE trips to the cleaners. I told the clerk I wanted my money back. She said she would give me HALF. I told her I wanted ALL my money back. She said fine and then told me to NEVER COME BACK! I was FLOORED!!! She doesn't have to worry about that, I WON'T BE BACK! And if you know what's good for you, you won't patronize this establishment either. read more

What a rip off. I would give negative stars if it was possible. I am a new customer. The first week that I came in on Saturday to pick up my 5 shirts they were closed. The second week they demanded a 25% increase because my shirts are 3XL. I have been using Brentwood dry cleaners for years and just moved to Antioch. Deer Valley cares nothing about their customers and discriminate against the larger American people. I recommend Keep u Neat on A street.
