Through out the years I have found myself back here just for the jerky, or a drink of water, or soda while on the back roads. The store is truly one of the neatest places, it still has old wooden flooring that really date the building. They have a room that has a pool table, and also probably one of the only places you can still rent DVD videos likes a video store. I sort of miss those days. They have a great selection of hot foods, and deli foods for your convenience. My favorite still being the jerky. I prefer the sweet. They have a variety of flavors. My 3 boys stop in once in a while when they go up to Mt. Baldy, or McGowan Creek. They are big fans of the jerky as well. The tradition is strong with this family. There is also I sign on the outside of the building, for anyone who rides road bikes. This is a good place to stop and rehydrate. I must also tell you how friendly the staff are. They are open fairly late, until 11pm, so if you forgot something at the grocery store that you need to make dinner, Dari Mart is much closer and quicker than a trip to the grocery store. Once the gas station closed, the pumps and everything with it were removed, and it stayed empty for quite a number of years. So I was pleasantly surprised when Buy2 took it over and it opened once again. Like I said, I go in roughly once a week to grab a quick snack, soda, or cigarettes when I'm in the area. It's usually when I'm out running errands, or on the random day I take my husband to work. It's a new, bright store, seems spacious enough. It's the typical convenient store, really. There's nothing special about it that I've found. Their prices are better than Dari Mart next door on many things. So in terms of my wallet, I like it a lot better. The selection of items is fine. It's typical of what you'd find in any store like it. Employees have always been nice and helpful. If you're buying cigarettes, they aren't the ID nazis that Dari Mart is. Sometimes I think they go a little overboard in that regard. I get it can be a big deal selling cigarettes or alcohol to minors, but there's a difference between reasonable and ridiculous. They have a great book section, and their general household section is pretty big. They also have a lot of furniture to peruse. The people who work here are nice, just incredibly busy. The parking lot is a bit of a nightmare and, aside from being out in Springfield, is the only drawback to this location. It is tough to get out of and finding a spot can be challenging even in the middle of a weekday. I don't come here super often, but I like to stop by when I'm in the area. It's probably not worth making a special trip to, though.

My friend and I visited and were greeted by 2 employees. The shoes are located on the right hand side of entering along with purses. Up above, there are the prices of what colors are on sale, 25% or 50% off. [Organization]: This store is **organized**! The books [category, but way spacious to look], DVDs, CDs, stationary, seasonal decor, shoes [by color not size, then by category], photo frames, cups, furniture, clothes are all on racks with clear signs, and etc. They do have a good handful of jewelry and other speciality items in cases. It was easy to find a helpful and friendly employee to ask for an item in the case. [Price]: I do think depending on what the item is, St.Vinnies is cheaper than Goodwill. At Vinnies, most of the items are a flat price. Such as books, buttons, cards, clothes,and magazines. I ended up buying a handful of books and magazines, and spent about $30. Some were specialty and hardcover too! I decided to keep this review short, since it was overall just a lovely and great experience. I ended up spending over 2 hours browsing around and found a bunch of great things I've been looking for on my personal list. Super impressed and happy about that! I didn't even look at clothes!
