There are 2 things really important for me, great teachers and a clean facility and this place meets both. But I will elaborate more on my experience. First of all my son was potty trained in 1 week!!! I couldn't believe it. 2nd and most of all, ms Elsie is amazing!! She is very Montessori knowledgeable and passionate about its philosophy, so you get the whole Montessori experience. I had looked at many preschools around the area and even chino hills but they were not truly Montessori. She is very kind and patient and that's how she teaches patience to the children, because she models it first. I saw with my own eyes how she resolved conflict among children and I was amazed. I had to take notes quickly! I would sometimes ask ms Elsie advise on how to handle situations and she would gladly advise me so I think I also learned alot... she was like our north star guiding us ... My son learned to write, read sight words, logical sequence, simple math, express his emotions and voice out what bothers him. He also learned to navigate group settings and follow rules. We waited 6 months to get in and only got 3 days half days, but we were happy with that because he was able to learn everything he needed for kinder, and was so ready for it he was not nervous nor cried on his first day. I see preschool mainly as a place to prepare children for big school, academically and socially and he achieved both here. My son was super attached to me and wouldn't even go out with daddy without me. But after a couple of months with ms Elsie he was saying he wanted to go to school 7 days a week. Now he tells me he misses everyone and everything about it, going there, learning, helping, the food... everything . Btw ms Veronica who is also there every day is also wonderful, she is also very kind and patient with the children. I would suggest checking availability early and getting on the waitlist, specially if you have specific schedule requirements... slots fill up quickly

They do so many fun, hands-on activities that keep the kids engaged and excited. You can really tell they put thought and care into what the kids are doing each day. One thing we especially love is how creative they are with spirit weeks the kids get to dress up, have fun, and take adorable photos. It makes the school feel so lively and positive. I also really appreciate how they include parents in projects. It makes us feel connected and involved in what our child is learning, which means a lot. Our daughter absolutely loves going here and has been having so much fun. We've noticed a difference in her speech and confidence. She's talking so much more since starting, and it's been amazing to watch her grow. Overall, it's such a warm, caring environment, and you can tell Mrs. Jackie & her team genuinely love what they do. Miss Jackie teaches with a rigorous curriculum for each individual student. Because of this, both of my girls are excelling in school and are above grade level. They were both well prepared to start TK not only academically, but socially and emotionally as well. My girls have made life long friends with the other students at Miss Jackie's and is able to get along well with kids of all ages because of how she fosters a positive environment. Miss Jackie and her team are all amazing and passionate in building up the whole child. Would recommend them always!

Mrs. Amanda always gives advance notice of anything that is upcoming on the calendar. I appreciate that so much as a working parent. She is flexible and considerate when it comes to the kids. The education and what is taught is also advanced. For example, my 2 year old knows how to count to 10, knows his ABC's and knows his colors! At 2 years old!! Ms. Tammy is also very helpful with the kiddos. My kids absolutely love their time at Bright Beginnings. Initial consultation went great, some good ideas were tossed around and a plan was made. Install…read morewas another thing, and the finished product really isn't anything to write home about. We went with a roof mount install. The cover doesn't fully extend over my roof line so there's a weird gap that 5 inches of roofing would have made a huge difference. The install took 3 days but left my backyard FULL of metal shavings, I'm talking all in my brand new turf and all in my pool and in the concrete floor grooves. I asked them if they had a shop vac instead of a blower so they could actually pick up the debris instead of just blowing it around and they didn't. So I spent quite a while picking up metal pieces since dogs and kids usually run barefoot in the yard. I had some outlets installed that were placed in nice looking weather boxes but I was shocked they weren't GFCI. My neighbor used this company that's how we made contact, she just had to have the gutters unclogged professionally since the top is open and flat it collects leaves and other debris, so good to note I'll have to figure out how to routinely clean up there to avoid the same issue. Was this worth the price? - meh time will tell, but so far this was the least exciting part of our backyard reno.

I was searching for a child care for my daughter in November 2013, I called TLE to schedule a tour, I talked to the manager on the phone and at the end of the conversation after she answered all my questions I asked her what is your fee for 3 full days and her vibe changed immediately from friendly to an aggressive sales lady!!!!!! she said we don't give prices over the phone till you come to the tour, I told her what if I want to know the price and then decide if I want to come or not, she said sorry that's your choice but I am not giving you prices over the phone!!!!! she reminded me of my car salesman. Couple of days before my tour I decided to go drive by after my work to see the facility from outside, and here was the shock, I found two policemen standing infront of the main door talking about a kid that have been hurt inside the school and their parents called the police to the child care but the manager had no clear answer for them or explanation how this happened to the kid. I decide right away not to go to the tour and search for something else. My advice to you if you want to enroll your kids their, ask them did anybody called or filed a police report against you because their kid got hurt. I am writing this because I just knew my coworker had her daughter enrolled there and she had a horrible experience with them and took her daughter out, she also told me the manager her name is Mary Hanna is horrible and in any discussion you have with her regarding your kid, she starts acting like a lawyer and she gets the papers out and start speaking about policies and the law without solving any problems....... read more

We had a very bad experience at this daycare. i saw it with my own eyes on the monitor which located in the owner's office that my son been treated like an animal. The teacher dragged him by his collar into the bathroom while his was standstill waiting for his turn to potty. After that i picked him up i found he got very bad scratch on his neck. I took him to hospital then i called the police. The owner called that evening said she was sorry and would give us refund. A week after, they dennied my son was injured in the school. Besides,The teacher did not even put on my son's diaper or underwear on at his second day and third day of school. We had prepared enough diaper in my son's backpack and No one ever contacts me or send any notifications on it. They try to say they wants to potty training him. However, on the school tour they told us if they want to potty training the kids parents will be notified,but they didn't. No diaper no underwear on kids sounds very normal to the school teacher. My son also told me the teacher is very mean to the kids. She yelled at them all the time. He is so scared of the teacher. He crying every day when i drop him or pick him up at school. I thought probably he just didn't want school. After i saw his injuries i feel so bad. So please listen to the kids and ask for more information about their teachers getting to know them. It has been by pleasure and privilege to have enrolled by two daughters in the new TLE located in Eastvale, CA. Last year my husband and I began to research preschools for our children. At the time our children were cared for by a nanny in our home. We were very concerned about finding the right environment for them to transition into school. My husband unexpectedly became aware of TLE while doing business in our town. He took a chance and stopped in. We met Kristen Kirschenmann the owner and she provided us with information regarding the curriculum and a tour. We decided almost immediately to enroll the girls at TLE. This was the best decision we could have possibly made. Kristen has developed an outstanding team of teachers, aides, and caregivers. We adore Kristen, Mary, Lorena, Kim, Shannon, Michelle, Martha, and Vilae as well as every other teacher that we've met. They each have taken the time to get to know my girls and provide support and attention that they each need for them to feel confident and learn. My husband and I take the education of our children very seriously even at the young ages of 3 and 4. We could not be happier with our decision and would personally recommend TLE-Eastvale to other parents. read more

I just want to say after reading the reviews that they are dragging students by the neck and scratching them up is Not ok, however the 4.5 star review is very misleading. I called to get information for how the program runs and the lady who answered the phone automatically was being rude she picked up the phone with an attitude and every question I asked instead of giving me information like I asked she just sarcastically repeated each question I asked where would my child be placed based on her age and she said "where your child should be placed! Very sarcastically this is not what I as a parent would want to deal with. Having the teachers or any staff be rude to the parent just shows how they will treat your kid. Just because the school is nice does not mean they will be nice to you and your kid. The reviews are very misleading I love very close by in the area and I just want to say I will not be checking my kid into this school. I don't care if other staff members are nicer or not. 1 mean ride person is all it takes to hurt your child. I would not be ok with leaving my child in their custody even for 1 hour. read more

Doesnt surprise me one bit to find nothing but great reviews for this school/daycare. What I simply cant figure out is how there isnt a waiting list to get your child enrolled, its just simply that awesome! Our son D'angelo has been attending there now going on 2 months and hands down it is BY FAR the best school he's attended. He used to go to Tutor time which was aweful, sorry TT. Anyways my son will definitely be there for years to come because my boy LOVES IT! Shout out to Mrs Jessica and Mrs Mayra who have loved my baby with all their hearts since the day he stepped foot in there. Ms. Alyssa has been wonderful -- patient, kind, and always creating a fun, safe environment where the kids feel excited to learn. I've seen so much growth in my child, and I know her support plays a big part in that. I also want to mention Mrs. Lucy because my child talks about her all the time. You can tell she truly cares. She's warm, attentive, and has a way of making every child feel special and understood. It means so much knowing my child is surrounded by teachers who genuinely love what they do. My son has been at this school for last 10 months and we are very impressed with his development in the short time we have been working with TLE. My son was previously at a home daycare and felt that he was falling severely behind on his speech development. While Covid has been challenging, my son has really liked his experience here so far and plan to keep him enrolled for several more years. Special mention to teacher Ms. Zoila. My son really took to Ms. Zoila's caring nature and genuine happiness to work here. This place has been heaven sent! Needed a place to take my daughter, somewhere were she would be well taken care of and learning at the same time. I toured other learning centers/ day cares and they had me wanting to RUN out as fast as could. As soon as I contacted the owner here at TLE she was very helpful with all my questions and had me come in to tour the facility. Right away I knew this was our place. CLEAN, SUPER SAFE with an amazing loving staff. I couldn't be more at ease, during my work hours knowing my daughter is in their hands. HIGHLY recommend!! read more

All I have to say this is a one of a kind school and I am extremely happy; the staff is extremely friendly they make you feel like family. I went through a lot of schools and I wish they had open The Learning Experience sooner. We went to Tutor Time and had a horrible experience, then went to Kingston Academi and had a bad experience as well. Moms Let me tell you I am not an easy to please mother, but I can tell you that at this school they have exceeded my expectations. They actually teach your kids and care for them. read more

My son has attended TLE since he was 6 months old and we are the biggest supporters of this center. Not only is the staff wonderful but they accepted our son back after switching schools and having a horrible experience with another center. My daughter has been attending TLE for about two months now it has certainly been an adjustment for her, but I can't stress enough the amazing support Ms.Yoshimy has been in her early months. Her dedication to her students and caring nature are above and beyond what I could expect. My daughter adores her and looks forward to attending school. Great school and staff.. we've been shopping around for the best place forever for our 2.5 year old son and this by far has checked all the points for us! Shoutout to Ms. Zoila specifically, she's my son's teacher and she's VERY good and caring! She's a ninja taking care of all her kids in class and making sure everyone is cared for and is happy! Both my sons attended preschool and day care here so we've been a part of the TLE family for around 5 years straight. I always felt comfortable dropping my kids off, knowing they were safe and learning. Both of my sons were reading when they started kindergarten. I have two daughters, Nora and Bella, they already been there for one month, they are in different classes, my little one is too small, at beginning she cried a lot,but now I saw her smile with her teacher, her teacher is very patient and nice! We toured TLE Eastvale this Summer and were blown away by how clean and colorful the school is! We received a warm welcome and were introduced to the teachers in the classroom! Our experience at this school has been beyond great, my daughter has learned sooo much! She's mostly a Spanish speaker and the amount of English she has learned is incredible. This is not a babysitting center, it's a true Montessori school where the teachers' pay attention to every detail and generally care about each child's growth. I've watched my daughter thrive, socially, emotionally, and academically and I'm so grateful for the incredible staff who've guided her along the way. A special shout out to Ms. Raquel who has been such a godsend to my daughter, and her warm smile every morning, love and consistency means the world to us. A major kudos to the new director Jennifer for handling the transition so smoothly and bringing fresh energy. I'm excited to see how she continues to build on the strong foundation the school already has. Highly recommend any parent looking for school that truly partners with families in their child's development. One recommendation, while we recognize the value and care this school provides, the annual rate increases and added fees (for supplies, emergency kits, and registration) can feel a little steep for a preschool setting. Hopefully this is something the ownership can review and consider.

Before attending Itsy Bitsy, our daughter was rejected by another day care just after a week. My wife and I were obviously disappointed and at lost for other options until we were recommended by a close friend to check out Itsy Bitsy. We were very worried that our daughter would get rejected again, but Itsy Bitsy was very patient and expected that the transition would take a few weeks. To make a long story short, our daughter is thriving at Itsy Bitsy and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of day care. Spots are limited (for a good reason) so book an appointment asap.
