We enrolled our children there as soon as they opened. We were previously at 2 other centers. TLE is definitely the best. We love the curriculum, especially the philanthropy. This Daycare has been wonderful and I can't say anything but good things about it. I had my daughter at another daycare and she was having 3 incident reports per week. They tried to blame it on her being clumsy but I haven't had that issue once I switch over to the learning Experience. She is also learning so much I am really impressed how many words she is able to say now. She was a bit behind on her speaking for her age and she is now doing much better. If you have a toddler that's potty training they are great with that as well. My daughter will now ask to sit on the toilet without me asking her I wont take credit for that because I had no luck prior to her starting at this school. They also have an app where they tell you what activities they are doing, and post pictures to keep you updated. I would also like to mention that I use Childcare aware and they did there part of the process super fast and I had no issues with communications with them handling the paperwork for the program. Having The Learning Experience is a huge part of my little boys curriculum & has been a blessing. The entire staff has always been so warm & welcoming. We are so happy with our choice to put our daughter at the Learning Experience. She started going when she was 3 1/2. She had never been in daycare. She had only been watched by family or at Sunday school. I was having such a hard time feeling comfortable with the idea of her going to preschool but I knew she was ready. She was very eager to learn and she thrives socially. After visiting and doing the tour I felt so much better. It was clean, it felt safe, I loved the locked doors and the cameras, the staff was very friendly and the curriculum was impressive. TLE Eastvale is everything I wanted for my daughter. With friendly and personable staff and teachers who all care so much about every child who attends. They all made a huge impact on my daughter. The staff, amenities and learning environment at The Learning Experience in Eastvale is top notch. Our child went there for a little under a year, but grew so much. He was able to develop skills that have prepared him for kindergarten. They not only focus on the educational aspect of development, but it also gave our child an opportunity to socialize with other children his age which helped him learn how to play nice, share and help. We enrolled our child in TLE-Eastvale in late fall 2013. We have been extremely pleased with our experience and are happy to recommend TLE to our friends and family. They do a great job keeping the children engaged, entertained, learning, and busy! There is always something "fun" going on at the center. TLE has wonderful enrichment programs (music, yoga, etc.) that are included in your tuition. I was actually pretty shocked to see my 1 1/2 year old doing "yoga" at home - she loves it! It's also great to see how proud and happy my child is when she brings home her artwork each week. The center is new and extremely clean. They have a great facility (indoor slide with ball pit, main street imagination center, soccer field, water feature, etc.) The Center Director, Ms. Kristen, and her Staff have exceeded our expectations. It is very obvious they care about the children and work hard to provide them with a positive learning environment in which they can thrive and grow! In the toddler class, we received a daily report which provides a ton of detail as to the experience the child received that day (sleeping time, food, how the child was feeling, songs they sang, books they read, diapers changed, etc.). I love this because I feel like I can connect with my child at the end of my work day. I also feel confident knowing there are cameras in every classroom - which allow me to observe my child if needed. Ms. Kristen and TLE-Eastvale are also great supporters of our community. Each month there is a different project to support a local charity, nonprofit, or other great cause. It's a great way to teach our children the importance of philanthropy and allow our busy family an opportunity to give back to our community. Choosing a child care provider is no easy task. As a working parent, I feel great knowing my child is in a wonderful environment, learning, and having lots of fun! read more

Went here to try and get rates to enroll my daughter but they Said we were not able to get rates prices with out a tour. We had to make an appointment to meet with person in charge that would help us and give us a tour and rates. We made the appointment for 10am Friday come Friday we arrive at 9:50 it takes 15 minutes for them to acknowledge us finally they ask us who we were looking for and we stated we had spoken to her 3 days ago and she made an appointment with us Friday at 10am and she just tells ok Ill be with you guys shortly. 10:30 comes and she still has us waiting in lobby just to tell us that she is full and that there is a waiting list with out even asking how old is our child. We still insist on getting a tour of the facility just to be sure we want to be on a waiting list. She again walks away ignoring our request at this point we just walked out and she did not even say a word to us as we walked out. I guess the facility might be good place for the kids but as far as the customer service goes from the lady at front desk it totally sucks. Arrogant and disrespectful staff they should really look into that. read more

I first learned about TLE from doing a Yelp search of local comparable schools in the area. I was blown away from what I experienced after going to 5 other different schools in early June 2014. When you first enter the double doors to the building, you will need to have a key fob or have someone buzz you into the main lobby. I was greeted by Mary at the front desk and filled out some info on my 4 year old son with an iPad. She took me for a tour of the place and I noticed many things that stood out: the place smelled clean (not like older places), preset curriculum, playground area closed off from outside view, language diversity, diversity among the children, small teacher to children ratio, and a video camera security system in each classroom with audio. My first instinct was to sign right away but there was a waiting list at the moment. So, I put down a deposit so that my child could enter as soon as there was an opening. They called me two weeks later and I brought my son in the next day with the necessary medical paperwork. My son just got out of his first year at preschool so he was still in his school mode. His first instructor was Ms Lorena and she did such a marvelous job with him. You see, my son was born with 30% hearing loss and worked with a speech therapist from the county for two years. After a year of Catholic preschool he was still just saying 3-5 words at a time. So, it was an absolute shock to me that he learned a whole 40+ word graduation speech for TLE's preschool class in a matter of two weeks! It was the last two weeks of the school year for them but she had him participate as if he was graduating too. He was actually excited to walk with his classmates for graduation. Now, each child may develop differently with their program or my son has just been too shy to say more than 3-5 words but I was definitely speechless and proud of his improvement at such a short time. Fast forward two months later and all I can say is that they've exceeded my expectations. His current instructor is the wonderful Ms Martha and she's continued on what foundation Ms Lorena put down for my son. Now, around the house I can't get him to stop talking. He says things like "Dad, can you shampoo my hair before school so I can look handsome" or "May I go to the restroom before we leave for school?". He also sings constantly, always describing what he's doing or what he plans to do, and he seems much happier now that he's able to communicate better verbally to others. It's almost as if someone has just discovered their voice and he is definitely using it as much as he can. Ms Kristen is the director and she's done great things to help others in need. One of the first things I saw when I did an initial visit was that she set up a donation to another TLE owner that has cancer at the front lobby area. I thought that was a class act and it was a genuine insight on the type of person she is. She does her best to greet everyone she sees and say hello to all the kids by name. All the staff that she hires work cohesively, especially if they are "over" with the kids (ratio of teacher vs student is too high), then they ask for another instructor to help with the children. There was even a "Donuts with Dad" event in the morning for Father's Day, firemen came out with their firetruck for a visit, and she goes out of her way to make everyone feel special. They offer tuition discounts if you're in a specific medical field, work for Kaiser, or want to do a direct deposit. I would ask the front desk for specific details depending if they're still offering incentives like that. Overall my child and I love the school, the staff, the curriculum, safety, and everything that TLE stands for. Good luck and I hope your child/ children have a great experience there too! read more

This is a beautiful facility however, I called to get information on the infant program and let them know I had a 5 month old and I needed daycare starting next month. I was invited to come in and tour their infant room. I got there and was informed they have no open infant spots until June 2015. If I would have known that I would have scheduled a tour for their toddler room at a later date. read more

This school is amazing. My son who has three different allergies plus upper respiratory concerns and he fared very well here. Why? Because they go the extra mile to keep the facility clean. It's super secure (without looking militant). The teachers have such wonderful energy and activities that inspire me as a Mom and Teacher. The classrooms are themed and there is always something interesting and engaging going on in class. Supervision is excellent. Ease of access to my son throughout the day was always encouraged. This is a much delayed review. My daughter has been attending TLE since she was 6 months old until now (at 5 years of age). She has had many teachers who we have to thank for caring for her and preparing her for kindergarten. Shoutout to Ms. Michelle, Ms. Lana, Ms. Elena, Ms. Alexis, Ms. Sindy, Ms. Mary, Ms. Zoila, Ms. Vanessa (i'm sorry if I forgot anyone). I like that they teach the children different languages (i.e., sign language, English, Spanish, and on occasion, Mandarin). Ms. Kristen and Mr. Rob make sure the facility is clean and send out notifications in a timely manner, which is so important due to covid. I appreciate that they are taking precautions by temperature checking the students and not letting parents into the facility during these unprecedented times. My daughter misses her friends and teachers at TLE and constantly wants to go visit them. The only thing I'm bummed about is that they got rid of their infant classroom. It's been an easy transition taking our 1 year old to The Learning Experience. We had family watch her before and I was hesitant to start child care but TLE made it easy. They have excellent communication with the parents about their child, take personal interest in the families, are very organized, clean and attentive with the children. The Learning Experience was one of the only schools I toured during the pandemic. I wanted more structure for my 2 year old throughout the day, learning colors, shapes and colors but also socializing in a safe environment. I was blown away by the professionalism of the owners and the director Ms. Michelle. We filled out an extensive packet and health questionnaire before enrolling. Safety is paramount and the parent drop off is no exception. Parents wait outside the vestibule after providing a secure code at pickup. At drop off kids are temperature checked and required to wear masks. I was ready for some tears on the first day but the staff helped us prepare our daughter in the best way and kept our child engaged. The best part is I get hourly updates of the activities, potty habits and eating habits. Sometimes I even get a picture! I credit Ms. Julie and Ms. Zoila for the work they do with my baby every day. I came to tour the facility, and I must say it was absolutely beautiful. While waiting in the lobby to do a walk-through, I could hear an adult yelling at children in the hallway behind the doors. I asked the man upfront if that was a staff member yelling at children, and he began to turn red and said I'm not sure let me go and check. He went behind the doors and was speaking to someone about yelling at the kids. After a couple minutes a lady who appeared to be the director came out and was in a very nasty mood and was very short. She took me on the tour but the children did not seem to be happy and the facility was very clean and very nice but that's the only thing nice I would have to say about this place. The staff members seem very catty and not warm. Needless to say I did not enroll my children in the school. read more

We had our son put on waiting list 7 months back (until he turned 2).We called 3-4 times to get an update on the waiting list as we get closer. Eventually got a call from staff member that he is on #1 on the list and likely could start when he turned 2. Then we got a call from the "confused" owner 2 weeks later with a different timeline and she was adamant that no one from her office called us and we probably got a call from different day care (we didnt have him registered anywhere else); We were looking for alternatives but just called after a month to get an update on the waiting list. This time , "director" returned our call and said our son was ready to start and asked us to come in to get additional paperwork for enrollment. We returned the paperwork and were given a start date and list of things to get; We were excited until the "confused" owner calls us and says our son is on waiting list #4 and not ready to start yet (She repeats the same old story that we got called by another day care); We went in for a personal meeting to sort this out but were dismayed at the arrogance of owner, she basically threw the director under the bus ( who was on vacation); We were really concerned about her leadership skills and trusting my son under her management style. We were refunded the money for registration but wasted time & effort dealing with the clueless owner. read more

We started our son at TLE when he was 1 after being home with mom for the first year. Sending your baby to someone else full time is one of the hardest things to do. But the staff at TLE made it so easy. They were so friendly and warm and let me call way too frequently his first few weeks to check in. And now, a year later, it's like being part of a family. Every staff member knows every child and they truly care about the kids, and the families by extension. I am so glad we made the decision to send our son here and that we have a safe and familiar environment to send our next baby! read more

TLE is an amazing daycare/school for children! I have both of my boys one is 4 years old and the other is almost 2 years old. I was blown away when I first started my older child when he was about 2 years old. He was potty trained less then a week. All the teachers knew him by his name! When my younger one started about 6/7 months he was learning sign language! Ms.Michele is amazing. She is always engaging with parents which I love shows she really cares about your and the whole family. All the employees are smiling and always saying hi or have a great day! Most importantly they are always honest. If something kind of incident happens it is taken care of and a letter is sent out. That says a lot about how much they care and love the children. After visiting several facilities my husband and I decided to send our son to pre-k at this center. We met with the owner who gave us a tour and answered all of our questions, we talked with the teachers he was to have and saw the classroom. The center is very new, bright, and clean, we felt comfortable sending our son there. Several weeks into his attendance however we noticed that one of his teachers was absent for quite a few days, I asked the co-teacher if everything was ok and she stated that the teacher had left a child on the playground alone and was terminated. A few days later we received a note stating that there had been an incident at the center and a child was left unattended, thus requiring a visit from licensing. Fast forward about a month and my son informed me when I picked him up that his other teacher was no longer at the center. I called the owner and she informed me that another child had been left in the classroom alone and the teacher had to be terminated. The owner stated that the child was hiding from the teacher and it really was unfortunate that she had to be let go DESPITE the fact that she left a child unattended! I no longer felt confident that my child was safe in their care and terminated our contract. Do your research and ask just how many times this center has had to call licensing.! read more

I love this place! My infant daughter had the best experience at TLE and as a mother I never had any doubts that should would be taken care by her teachers just as well as I care for her in our own home. The ONLY reason she isn't there anymore is because we decided to put her in a day care closer to home. The reason she started there was because after touring TLE I couldn't find a daycare that was comparable. She started when she was 8 months and it was definitely an adjustment for both of us. She cried daily, I cried as I drove off but I knew she would be loved and comforted and eventually adjust. And she did! She also refused bottles as an EBF baby and her teacher Ms. Mary who I can't say enough amazing and positive things about offered so many suggestions to get her to accept milk. Eventually we got there! I just have to say the entire staff is AMAZING! All of the teachers are so sweet, Michelle and Dalana gave my babygirl SO MUCH love! They literally know every kids name that walks in or out of that school! My babygirl looked forward to seeing the staff of teachers and her friends daily. I am going to miss them terribly (especially Ms. Mary) and will forever be grateful for the impact they made to my daughters first year of life in a short 4 month period. We consider them family. My son has been coming here since August. The staff and teachers are GREAT! The students are taught through thematic units, while incorporating sign language. My son loves going to school and is always well cared for. He has grown so much this past year, both academically and socially.
