They do not respond to phone, or email inquiries IRT to placing custom orders or if/when they will have items available for purchase. 3. I suspect this is a dead business and that they were too lazy to take down the website. He let me in anyways and took my repair but let me know it wouldn't be done for weeks and I was fine with that. I learned he's a one man operation fulfilling a mass of orders for one person. If you go inside you'll appreciate the work he does and know he has a specialty but can't fix all things leather. He probably could though, but is it something he has experience doing or worth it financially? He would expect perfect and so does he, so if he can't do it at the master class level he may not take on the work. Have realistic expectations when you walk in there looking for help. Looking forward to get some orders in with him.

They…read moremade me feel extremely comfortable, measured both feet twice in several ways and directions on each foot. Took an imprint of each foot along with a mold of each foot. They gave me several selections and different ideas of design, explaining the skins like ostrich, lizard, cowhide, buffalo and the list goes on. Because I have sensitive feet, and haven't found a boot I can wear for more than an hour, I went with ostrich, it was the most flexible for me which should be softer on my feet. It takes approximately 3 months to be made at their factory and I can't wait to try them on and see how they feel. It sure will be nice to have a pair of boots I can wear as a everyday wear.
