I finally spoke with "Norm" and I explained in great detail what I was seeking...A company to make some leather patches for me for a very important upcoming event across the country in less than a few weeks. Norm said that he would be able to make the patches that I requested and to email him over the files. I emailed the files to him immediately upon hanging up. I waited approximately 4 hours and then called them, to no avail. The following day, I called them again and Norm answered the phone. He said that he never received my email so I re-sent it while on the phone. He then received it and said he would be able to do this for me but not embroidered which I was fine with. I was to receive an email quote that day...I never heard back! It's now going on 5 days since I've interacted with this company and I still don't even have a quote. I had to call them again today and "Norm" answered the phone. I immediately stated who I was and asked if he was the only worker there. He said no. I requested to speak with somebody else since he refuses to help me and doesn't want my business. I said that I explained on the phone and in email on multiple occasions how this was a time sensitive issue and he hasn't even sent a quote let alone started working on them... He replied, "Jason. This is My business. Have a good day." That's how he runs a business?? I would stay as far away from this business as possible!
