I would be fine with paying double, but triple? That's just highway robbery. I ended up buying some thing for $40. That was actually 25 online but whatever I'll spend the extra $15... It was supposed to have slime in it and when I got home, I came to the realization that it was dried out, a waste of my money.

Dio, the owner, is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, and his enthusiasm for everything comic-related makes visiting here a great experience always. Upon walking in, there is an entire wall of new comics to choose from (bagged and boarded, which is a nice touch for us collectors) every Wednesday, and a good selection of back issues to comb through as well in the back of the store. Also in the back of the store, there are a few arcade games set up for the kids (or adults, if you're a fan!). Rocky's has a very large selection of collectibles (yup, toys) to browse. Tons of Funko PoPs to find here, from the newest releases to harder to find exclusives from past Comic Cons. In addition, you'll find a variety of comic-based character statues, action figures, Pez dispensers, plushies, you name it. If you don't see it, Dio is always happy to order it for you if possible. The prices on all of the aforementioned collectibles are the final icing on the cake, as everything is priced fairly and usually even lower than you'd find most of these items online or in other stores. As a collector myself, this is very much appreciated! All in all, if you are a fan/collector of comics, super heroes, sci-fi, or anything along those lines, Rocky's Comics is a must visit. It packs in everything you'd find in a mall/chain store, but with the personal touch of an owner who actually cares that you stopped in to visit.

I don't drive so if my husband doesn't take me there I'll take the bus, sometimes stopping there as I'm running errands at other stores. Having the security guard at the door follow me as if I'm going to steal instead of purchase due to the bags I'm carrying from said errands, it makes me feel uncomfortable and almost makes you not want to make the purchase at all. But I still made the purchase to prove that there was no need to follow me around the store like that.

This is a great store for affordable children's gifts, toys and anything fun related. They also have a lot of summer gear from clothing, flip flops, slides to beach chairs all $5 or under $5. The makeup and accessories aisle here takes up the whole back of the store including the fitness section. The home furnishings aisle has a ton of items to make your space cool or zen.
