I'm a fan of Swarovski stuff. They are consistent with pricing and quality of their items. This store is no different. It's decent sized and they have a great selection. The store itself is closer to the 5th ave side and they have a two big picture windows so see the displays and what they have inside as well. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Greeted as soon as I walked in, even though he was busy with a customer. Someone else also came out quickly to help me so I didn't have to wait I would definitely make it a point to come into this location if you have a choice to do so. read more

This 5th Ave located shop is small but makes great use of the space. When I visited they had some cubes along the wall almost in an art display way and inside all the cubes were all the pieces with prices clearly marked, which was awesome so I didn't have to ask about everything I liked individually. I wandered around and staff let me look until I found something I wanted more information on and the staff member inside was very passionate and helpful. He showed me some of his personal collection and indicated they'd be happy to package for me to travel with or ship it to my home. I visited the Swarovski store in NY by Rockefeller Center and I must say - the team there was amazing. I had a one pair of earrings in mind - the team member took me right to them. Low and behold they were the last pair they had - it was meant to be. She also gave me a different earring backing just in case I couldn't get use to the new style. I wish I remembered her name, but I don't. Please tell the team member who helped the Philly girl purchase the "I love NY" earrings, that she was amazing! Very helpful, very friendly, super sweet. Excellent customer service! I came here in October and I have to say the experience I have here was amazing! The Assistant Store Manager Macenzie greeted me once I came in and asked me what I was looking for, so I told him I'm looking for a necklace and a matching pair of earrings for my birthday. He was very friendly and helpful. He showed me a variety of necklaces and earrings then finally he showed me this beautiful sparkling dance gold round necklace that I fell in love with. He walked me around the store to find a matching earring then I stumbled across a sophisticated matching crystal earrings with a pearl studded back. My husband and I got the red carpet treatment here last Friday. We were welcomed from the moment we entered the store even though they were beyond busy with Mother's Day weekend. John waited on us. I'm very pregnant and we came here to get a " push " gift. I was too tired to shop so John led my husband around and helped him get a necklace, 2 sets of earrings and a ring. The selection here is very vast. from the conservative the modern. I had a very good experience today. The manager completely went out of his way to accommodate me in exactly the way I needed. I love the swan necklace I got ,I love that he called me today before I came in after I came in yesterday and described what was happening with a chain that broke . Initially I was worried how this would be resolved without me having to pay more for repairs but not only did I not have to pay but I got to exchange what I originally brought in for something much prettier. I'm so happy I went to this location. I tried to resolve this at a few other locations to no avail but the manager at the door who stays till closing on Fridays at Roc center is the go to guy if you really want no nonsense , great above and beyond service. Attentive staff. Beautiful products. My daughter and I were greeted at the door by friendly and jovial sales people. Jax was amazing as she assisted us throughout our visit. She offered to take a picture of us on the "Million Dollar Chair". She encouraged my daughter to look at the animal figurines and encouraged me to try on the jewelry. She helped me to buy a birthday surprise for my daughter while my daughter was distracted. I went back to the store a week later and one of the sales people remembered me. I was at Rockefeller Center last week on the hunt for a birthday present for my sister. I walked into this very pretty Swarovski store, prepared to buy something elegant and lovely for her. Instead, I walked out with a belly full of cupcakes and remorse. The customer service in this store is abysmal (and quite frankly non-existent), and fails at the most basic tenet of a service-driven, retail shop: greeting customers upon entering the store. I walked into a land of self-important snobs who didn't even look my way. It was pretty shocking, and I didn't know what to think. Was I not presentable enough for them, should I have been dressed in designer duds from head to toe? Did I not look like I was a serious shopper though I came ready to play ball? Initially, I wasn't going to sample their free mini-cupcakes or the glasses of juice cocktails (apparently they were having some "welcoming" event - ha, how ironic), but I figured why not, since I wasn't interacting with anyone in the store so let's preoccupy my time with some treats. As I walked around the store for about 15 minutes (it wasn't even busy), I noticed they have a few choice pieces of crystal jewelry that I actually found to be quite nice, but let's get real, they also have a crap ton of tacky, overpriced things in here. Barf. Eventually, I had to walk out. And gladly so. I have never been so compelled to write a terrible review about the service of a retail store. I've been in here twice as I work nearby. I tried to exchange a gift I got but subsequently had no receipt. That was not okay according to a salesperson. I understand there's some store policy in place about it but I still thought the saleswoman was a bit quick with me. A few weeks later I thought I'd hit the boutique again to treat myself to a small gift. I picked out a set of stud earings that were pretty reasonably priced. As I have multiple piercings in my ear, I asked a saleswoman if I could try them on. She snidely replied, "well, we have to clean them before and after." I had no problem with this notion, more the tone in which she said it. Nevertheless, I tried them on and was admiring them when my new friend came back and asked me what I thought. I exclaimed, "Oh, they're great! I love them but the problem is they make all my other earings look like shit!" Some other ladies near my started laughing and enjoyed the moment. Saleswoman was not impressed. We walked up to the register and I paid and started polite conversation about my earings and she expressed that she could never get more than her first lobes pierced. She actually was pretty judgemental about my piercings and I was sort of taken aback by it. She even made a face. I really felt like a Julia Roberts prostitute in there. In retrospect, it would have been a great opportunity for her to upsell me on some hoops and other earings to replace my "shitty looking" ones. I probably would have bought more. I've been to the Tanger outlet store in Riverhead since this incident, the ladies there are very friendly. read more

The store is very pretty and we were excited to get Christmas gifts. The reason for the single star rating is that the sales people were so rude! This was the worst customer service during our entire trip to New York. We spent close to $400 and it was as if the sales person was put out to ring us up. I asked about gift wrapping because there was a wrapped gift there and she said that was for her client. Really?!? I don't think she smiled once. We had to return one of the items the next day and all of the sales people ran away. The one that eventually did return the item thought very highly of himself and treated us like dirt. Very negative experience. I bought over $500 products but the service is bad like I owe them a million. I wanted multiple products and needed to ask questions and try them on, but I had to call them very loud or they will not come because they are too busy chatting with each other. After I paid for all products, I realized that I need two more bags so I went back, but there is a tall guy who said it was too loud outside that he could not hear me and he would come back to me. Of course, he did not come back to me and literally walked away. Exactly the same guy who told his manager that he did not remember me bought two pieces of jewelry one day ago even though I did and wear the same clothes. Not just him but the service is bad. They do not want to say a word to you and only squeeze out a smile after they see that you want to buy something. I will not come back to this store and will think twice when I want to buy Swarovski in the future. read more
