I recently had the opportunity to replace a roof on a home that my husband and I were planning to sell in Hemet. I ended up getting about 15 estimates, so I really did my due diligence. I reviewed all of these estimates and the estimate from Lifetime Roofing was the best one. My process is to throw out all the low bidders and the high bidders and make a selection. I was very pleased with all aspects of Lifetime Roofing. The bid is just the first step, and once we started Cecilia proved that their workmanship was impeccable. Unfortunately for us, because the roof when it was put on previously was poorly done, I had to purchase 35 sheets of new wood. There are a multitude of roofing companies out there with an equal number of horror stories related to them. Poor workmanship, unfinished jobs, complete scams...but there are good companies too. This is one of them. My experience showed this company to be honest and able to do a good job. We needed replacement of the upper level of our roof. They provided an estimate which they stuck to; no hidden charges, no upselling, no surprises when the invoice was presented AFTER the job was completed. The workmanship was professional and acceptable. The only gripe I had was with the cleanup. They did a superficial job cleaning our yard area after the job was finished. I had to do an hour of sweeping to get things back to normal. But there was a lot of debris, rubble and nails left on our lower roof area which required me to get on the roof to sweep off. I had some cleaning assistance from the Santa Ana winds but this was something a guy who doesn't like heights would rather not have to deal with. Aside from the cleanup all things went well and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this roofing company if asked. read more

Highly competitive, professional, and meticulous crew. We had a life and lay, and the crew was on time every day, diligently worked and cleaned up every day before leaving. They conducted a thorough clean-up at the end of the project to pick all debris, and nails using a metal detector. Very satisfying to watch the progress daily. The crew also covered any exposed portions of the roof to shield it from the elements. The company runs a calculation to determine the amount of vents needed for the size of the roof. Extremely experienced and knowledgeable owner who is on-site to ensure the work progress is on point. I got many other quotes from other roofers, but they were highly inflated, some as high as 63k - ridiculous. The owner will actually speak to you to explain the quote and the scope of work so you know what you will be paying for. Our 30-yr old roof was upgraded by this company, and they found similar looking tile to replace the broken and cracked ones, and left me a few spare ones just in case I would need to swap out any in the future. I have used this company on a couple of occasions through the last several years. The first time I had them do work on my home it was for a leak during the heavy rainy season. The owner ( Cecilia ) responded immediately to my call and sent out a repair crew the next day to repair the problem. The second time I used this company they repaired a leak in the chimney. Cecilia is very knowledgeable and explained to me everything I should be looking for in having it replaced. She answered all my questions and ultimately earned/got the job. Cecilia is the Owner and Company President and is very responsive. She was highly recommended by a contractor here in Orange County that I have a lot of respect for and she really came through. She had her estimator Mike out to our house the day after I spoke with her and he saw the problem causing the leak issue immediately. He proposed a fix and Cecilia got back to us with a price which we felt was reasonable. Hurricane Hilary was headed our way and Cecilia said if they couldn't get the repair done before the storm reached our area she would at least have her guys put up a tarp to protect from any further water intrusion. As it turned out that wasn't necessary as she freed up her supervisor David to get the repair done the day before the storm. David showed up on time with all the necessary materials, tools and knowledge and got the job done quickly. All this from my initial phone call to job completion took place over the course of 5/6 days. Then came the test of the storm and all is well.
