Both times, they replaced it with something of less value. While my wife appreciated the gesture, I was upset at the company for not delivering on what I ordered. On their website, it says "We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all floral and gift items. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our Customer Service Department at (920)982-4573." When I called to let them know how I felt, she said "Okay, so would you like me to go pick them up and take them back?" I said absolutely not. She then said "well, then I can't refund you if you're going to keep them". What a joke.
