After going back to this place and informing them about it, the manager, Adriana, already looked annoyed that she had to "help" a customer. I'm not so mad about the watch not being fixed, as I am about Adriana's HORRIBLE customer service! Very rude young girl, whom laughed with her other female co-worker as I walked away. Still can't fathom the fact that she is a manager there, if she's even telling me the truth.

I have stopped in here several times over the past year or so. It is volunteer run for a charitable purpose, but the volunteers who are there are usually too busy gossiping to deign to stop and ring someone up. I have left several times because they were too busy talking to help ring me up. Today, while I was browsing, the front desk person was loudly discussing with a customer how her cleaning lady talks to her too much, so she has to read a book while her cleaning lady cleans her home. They were in the front. I was in the way back corner. It was impossible not to overhear. They were also apparently watching the street and commenting on who comes in or walks by, and she said loudly "Is that the lady who brings her five kids in to destroy the store?!" Again, this is a Christian charitable organization. Very disappointing to overhear how uncharitable the volunteers actually are. The prices are too high for a (non-goodwill) resale store (E.G. flat rates of $5 for dresses and jackets, regardless of brand, etc), and, resultantly, the small store is packed to the brim. Difficult to move around and even see what merchandise is there, even if it is well organized. The way the volunteer spoke about customers and other people discourages me from ever returning.
