These guys are the best; trust me, bc I went everywhere and talked to a lot of people before deciding to do business with David. No one came close to how pretty his settings were and how reasonable his prices were. Basically, my mom's engagement ring hadn't seen the light of day in 40 years, so she and my dad passed down their wedding diamonds to me a few weeks ago... so I had both stones reset into settings I found at the store. However, I also really enjoyed looking through posts on David's Esty account before I went to the store - his storefront on Etsy is called "Seller of Jewels." Well, I'm absolutely sold on the great quality and great price. The price really, really, really can't be beat, and neither can the service. David and his entire family are very genuine people. Bf and I were looking for an engagement ring. Found it here. =) Arik Jewelry is in the jewelry mart. When you walk in the doors, and go all the way straight to the back, you'll find it. Or, they also have the other location that is near the middle of the room. Parking is a huge shopping lot. Never had issues with parking. Had great service from this place. The bf and I are very picky and of course very cautious of anything we buy, especially if it's going to be over three digits. Arik Jewelry was always very patient, answered all our questions, and there were no bull answers. There is a layaway plan, and you can put in a reasonable amount every month to pay off for your item. If you want to insure your items, you can ask them to certify it, which will be needed for you to file your insurance. Haven't received the ring, but it was basically perfect for us. The diamond itself is bigger than what was originally in our budget, but the price and the band itself was put together to be within our price range. Make sure to try and come in at least an hour before they close. There have been times where the jewelry mart is closing and they've already left. Very reasonable prices, and a pleasure to work with. And we can upgrade the ring if we'd like. =D read more

UPDATE: I love my rings. David was able to solder the wedding bands we purchased and it is perfect! I decided to take a look and I was immediately overwhelmed when I walked in the door. It's like a swap meet for high end jewelry. I went to two different places in the market before I went to Arik Jewelry. I was very close to purchasing from one of the other vendors but I just wasn't happy with the price or look. I wandered over to Arik Jewelry and met David. Within five minutes I knew I was buying my fiancé's ring from him. He had, hands down, the BEST selection and assortment of diamonds in that market. His price was the best that I found during my entire two months of research. I cannot recommend him enough. He truly wants you to be happy with the ring. He also cares that you know what you are buying. I really appreciated the time he took to show me different diamonds and teach me things I never knew. Its easy to learn your 4Cs but its important to know how diamonds look in your particular setting, next to side stones and all the other subtle details that can make a good ring great. David walked me through all of that. I bought my fiancés engagement ring for a great price and it is absolutely stunning. It was the wrong size and David resized it for free. I have several pieces from here, we have been going for years. I have even taken other family members. I doubt if I will continue to purchase here. They replaced my main diamond in my wedding ring quite some time ago. I decided to change it from gold to white gold. When it was done the center stone looked dull and yellow in the white gold. Arik told me it was a good quality stone and it wasn't. I have purchased other pieces and he will not accept them for trade because the quality isn't there. I may not spend tens of thousands of dollars there but I do expect quality merchandise for my money. I have felt ignored a few times when some of his high rollers have been there. We first got our wedding bands in LA 5 years ago and now they needed to be resized. So we took my husband's ring back to where we bought it and the jeweler said it can't be resized due to the design. Since it's loose he has had to wear it on his middle finger because all the other jewelers we went to couldn't resize it either. I tried my luck at the Fullerton Jewelry Mart and found outstanding reviews for Arik Jewelry. I called and spoke with Fehmi and Kate and told them the situation. They said to bring in the ring and they should be able to do. So I went it, showed them the design on the ring that the other jewelers did not want to be held liable for and they said they might have to cut the design down, which I completely understood because we needed the ring smaller. To my surprise, I came back the next day to pick it up and the design was still in tact! All they needed to do was condense it instead of cutting it down. The ring was polished like I had bought it brand new that day and the size fit my husband perfectly (I had to guess his new size because it was a surprise anniversary gift). I couldn't believe it! I was so amazed and excited that Fehmi and Kate were able to get the ring to what I wanted it and at a very affordable price, nonetheless! I will definitely be coming back here for anything that needs to be fixed and to repolish my own wedding set. read more
