First and foremost, I'm shocked to see any negative reviews; This place is 300% phenomenal, end of story. I've had an amazing experience with all of the practitioners at The Lip Loft, and I have been a loyal client since their original location. They take their time, they explain each step of every procedure, and they do everything possible to minimize discomfort during your treatments. I've also NEVER felt pushed or forced to do any procedure I didn't want to, and that level of trust is truly hard to find in the world of cosmetic medicine. I've done it all here, friends: dysport, filler, vampire facials, etc, every single one fantastic. Even their skincare line is awesome! I got my lips done here in july (first time getting lip filler) and immediately after one side of my top lip was very droopy and uneven. I asked if that is normal and she assured me it's just swollen and will go away. Once the swelling went down, my lips still were uneven but I was told it takes a few weeks to settle so I waited. 3-4 months passed and it was still VERY noticeable so I emailed them photos of my lips and they admitted they can see the droop but just told me to "massage it everyday." They didnt offer to correct this free of charge, no refund, nothing. My lips shouldnt be still healing months after filler, lip loft failed to take accountability and fix this. Needless to say I decided to not go there again. Fast forward to last week, I went to a new place and my new esthetician told me that the lip filler they had placed wasn't inserted correctly and had migrated to a place where it would never dissolve on its own. I had to then pay 200 dollars to get lip lofts filler dissolved before I can get filler again. I normally dont write reviews but I have now wasted hundreds of dollars and hope to save someone from doing the same. Avoid this place. read more

Absolutely unprofessional services. I went to this spa because my friend was going there for a few years do lip filler and she recommended it. I went the first time a little over a month ago for a half syringe. They looked good when I left and healed nicely and only was swollen for a few days afterwards. A month later I went back because all the filler was gone already and was told it could be because my body metabolizes it faster than others. I discussed with one of the workers maybe a full syringe might be best considering how fast the last time I came it went away pretty quickly. We discussed what we'd do is do a half and if we were happy with the results we'd stop, and if not we'd do the other syringe as well. We went through the half all on my top lip and then when we moved onto the second half syringe we still were placing it on the top. I said hey I still want to make sure we get some volume in the top and especially the sides of my lips since they're pretty bare ( I've asked this twice every visit). Once the filling was completed I was told I looked crazy by the assistant and that it was just swollen and it'd go down. As of 4 days ago it still looks just as crazy. My top lip hangs over the bottom and it's all uneven. I reached out due to the fact of how crazy I look and I have an event in a few weeks which has left me stressed to no end. I reached out to the Instagram profile to speak on how I felt and kept being told to wait two weeks for it to heal. I told them I understood but what can we do if it doesn't. They told me we could dissolve the top to make it look better. When I asked if since we we're removing filler I paid for can we add a tiny bit to the sides just to even everything out, which is when I was attacked by the owner and told I wasn't welcome there for a follow up. My friend and myself now will no longer be visiting this place, as well as the other girls at my office... Stay far away from this place!!! They are super unprofessional and if this were to happen to you just know nothing would be done to fix it, besides remove the filler you paid for, for their improper placement. read more

Worst experience ever terrible results. I had lip filler migration, which was dissolved by the owner, which left me with permanent damage above my top lip a significant dent along the border of my lip I've spent thousands of dollars trying to fix the damage and it's been three months. I am not sure I will ever recover from this. But one of the worst things I experienced at the Lip Loft was the treatment I received when I realize there was a serious problem. I gave it a week to see if things would fill-in get better. Before I called with my concerns, and basically my provider refused to even talk to me to hear my concerns, so I guess she won't even speak to you for two weeks which is BS! So I just had to suffer with the results which let me tell you I was devastated and then finally when the owner decided to talk to me after I literally kept calling, asking to called me Because I was so devastated by the results I couldn't even look in the mirror at myself. I was seriously depressed. Embarrassed to go out. I was finally able to talk to her and greeted with a not so nice attitude which was so unprofessional, and then basically told me that she won't even talk to you for two weeks after your service I guess whether it is good or bad. I'm in the service industry and I can't even imagine not responding to someone who is having a problem Especially on their face...so basically, I just was told I have to live with that and come back a few months later I was devastated it was horrible.The really disappointing thing is she will not even address it when there is a problem which makes you feel even worse. read more

RAVE POST! Three words to sum up my past beauty journey: clueless, overwhelmed and disappointed. Then I went to The Lip Loft's Come Detox & Demo event. Everyone there was so welcoming, and I took advantage of the Lymphatic Drainage demo. Amazing immediate results! The space was clean and love the design, great first impression. I also ended up buying the face cream that was used in the demo and recommended based on my skin needs because I LOVED the way it felt on my face and how it made my skin feel soft and clean. That was about 4 months ago, and I've been a client ever since! Every time I go in, it's been the best experience and I finally feel like I'm finding solutions that work while keeping a natural look. Love that they take the time to understand my concerns and answer my many, many questions. The staff are so knowledgeable and professional while also feeling like a girls day whenever I go!
