I have been hesitant to reach my injectable goals due to a severe phobia of needles, but have been working hard to get past it and finally booked a consultation with Christina Liberty. I was absolutely blown away how patient and kind she was during the consultation: nothing like anything i've experienced in the past. I have had many treatments done at VEGA including Botox, dermal filler, laser treatments, Ultherapy, Emsculpt Neo, Sculptra, Hydrafacials, and Genius Radiofrequency Microneedling. I have found that every single experience has exceeded my expectations. The number one thing I notice every time I come in is that the girls really listen to what my concerns are and work with me to come up with the best treatment plan possible. I never feel like I'm being sold anything. Sometimes it's actually the opposite. I might go in seeking drastic, quick results, but after discussing with one of the nurses, we come up with a plan to start small and build over time so that I am comfortable with the results and don't feel that I've been over done. There are many times that I've come into the office for a treatment right after they've finished a training on a new or existing piece of equipment. At 24 years old, I was very self-conscious about how bad my crow's feet wrinkles were and my best friend took me with her to an appointment with Ashley. I never thought I'd get Botox (nevermind in my 20's) but almost 3 years later, I am still going to see Ashley even after moving to NY. Back in November 2020, I went to see Ashley about getting fillers in my cheek bones to see if that would help with my under eye wrinkles but she has amazing notes/memory and knows that I personally don't want fillers because I don't want to change how I look, so she came up with another plan I was comfortable with (Sculptra and Ultherapy under the eyes). There are so many good things I can say about Ashley overall as a person, and professionally she is so trustworthy because she would never recommend something you don't need and is so patient with walking you through different treatment options. As a nurse, I really appreciate a business that is run by nurses and NPs. I consulted with Ashley and it turns out she used to work the same nursing specialty as I do! Since then she's had years of training and experience and is very knowledgeable in her trade. More importantly, she has a great aesthetic eye and tells you honestly what she thinks you could benefit from and what she thinks isn't necessary (does it get better than this? They're not selling just for the sake of selling!). I may be just slightly biased but nurses have a very different approach to patients than doctors; a more gentle touch, if you will. It sounds cliché but they really care. Vega has a vast assortment of treatments and offerings, including facials, pilates, and dermaplaning and it seems like every time I turn my head they're always adding more. Short review: No matter what happens at Vega, never expect to get your money back. And considering the treatments are expensive, buyer beware. Owner will also ghost you when you ask to get money back. Long review: I have been to Vega Vitality a few times before for a facial and a medspa treatment with no issues. I went back a few weeks ago for a new procedure I had never done (Vivace) which is micro needling with an LED light. The NP knew I had never done this particular treatment, but I have done micro needling many times before with no issues (but never with a laser). I ended up getting a massive reaction to the procedure which caused me two doctor visits, an antibiotic and multiple creams to fix, as well as over a week in hiding because I looked like a monster and I was very uncomfortable. When I first reached out the money I had the reaction I sent an email with photos to VV. Their patient coordinator just responded that the NP who did the procedure would get back to me. 2 emails later she finally did at the end of the day and said it was a normal reaction and people get red and irritated. I'm pretty sure she never opened up my photos or read my email in detail as my situation was nothing like the normal reaction. It was amateur hour and not professional in the least. I felt unheard and ignored for a full time while I was in the throws of a massive problem that day. I asked for the owner to call me which that evening she did. She thankfully took it more seriously and gave recommendations over text for treatment. She admitted that they did not do the procedure on me on the lowest introductory setting because "I had micro needling before". Every area of my face that was on the low setting (forehead, chin, nose) I had no reaction. The rest of my face where the setting was higher I did. This is my view is their negligence as I had never had a procedure with LED and Vivace is much stronger than regular micro needling. Vivace also recommends a cooling mask after the procedure to cal the face. I never had that and the owner said they don't do it as they never found it helped and it was money they didn't want to spend. Yet, everything I read said nearly all providers of Vivace do that step at the end. Despite me having to spend $500+ on doctors and remedies plus cancelling a weeks worth of plans and being in massive discomfort, I have yet to get my money back despite asking and the owner is now ghosting me about it. $750 to lose a weeks worth of my life. While they can't control me having a reaction to a procedure they COULD have lessened the severity of it and taken a more conservative approach and do what Vivace recommends which is start at an introductory setting. And for a client who had so many problems on a procedure that effected their life for a week+, to not give me my money back or offer up anything is just poor form. read more

I got filler in my lips and laugh lines here. It was my first time getting filler, but Christina was such a pro, so kind, and put me right at ease. I was dead set on getting filler that same day, but I was still so grateful and glad that she kept emphasizing that there was no pressure or rush to do anything. Afterwards I was a little worried that maybe I made a mistake and my lips were way too big, but like for many, the swelling finally went down and they are the perfect size! Honestly, it was Christina's reassurance that the duck look would go away that made me feel better. Don't think twice - GO TO VEGA! I am 31 and new to Botox. I had no idea what to expect. In my mind, the goal of my treatment was not to dramatically alter my face, but rather (in preparation for my wedding this coming spring) touch it up fine lines and try to prevent further signs of aging.
