You are given goggles so you can't see what's going on, but you feel as if a metal surface were being brushed on your skin followed by a stinging burn. Personally, it felt like a strong ray of sunlight being shone on my legs and most of my underarms and barely registered any pain; however, coarser areas (like the bikini area) require some bracing. The girl who met with me clearly, had super plump, her lips up with her plumping medication or gloss right before she met me, and made sure her skin looked absolutely flawless before she met with a potential client. It just seemed very hard, Cell. I decided that I would ask information, but I would not be using their services because she seemed kind of pushy about their membership. Mind you, I had made this appointment a while ago, but they had to change it because something had happened with her son that she needed to pick him up and couldn't stay in the office, so I graciously changed the date which was fine. That happens to everyone. She kept pushing at the appointment to start procedures that I had been inquiring about. I wasn't ready to do that. I needed to ruminate. And decide if I wanna move forward. They admitted they should have notified me, but by then I had already driven there and rearranged my day. As an athlete, I can only schedule these treatments on my one day off each week because I can't work out for 24 hours afterward. Does it seem outdated? Is the Electrologist being very sterile? Do you still have hairs after you leave? Is your skin angry red and scarred? Are they up on their certification? I was beginning to think Electrolysis doesnt work for me or it will take my lifetime. I realized i was wrong, when I left Hair It Go's and found someone else that knows what she is doing. Electrology, when done correctly, is very effective, it offers permanant hair removal. It does work.
