So I went here for a consultation. Why wasn't sure what to expect, but made my consultation appointment after work for one day. Things they didn't tell me. I didn't see any wheelchair accessibility for a second floor. I had to walk upstairs. Maybe there's an elevator but it's clearly not located anywhere or where anybody can see it lol. It felt... Corporate? High cell tactics a little pushy. The girl who met with me clearly, had super plump, her lips up with her plumping medication or gloss right before she met me, and made sure her skin looked absolutely flawless before she met with a potential client. It just seemed very hard, Cell. I decided that I would ask information, but I would not be using their services because she seemed kind of pushy about their membership. Mind you, I had made this appointment a while ago, but they had to change it because something had happened with her son that she needed to pick him up and couldn't stay in the office, so I graciously changed the date which was fine. That happens to everyone. She kept pushing at the appointment to start procedures that I had been inquiring about. I wasn't ready to do that. I needed to ruminate. And decide if I wanna move forward. All in all, I think if you want this type of service in a place that allows you a monthly membership, this might be for you, it was not for me. read more

Lisa did it again!!!! Every time I leave here I am soooo happy with the results. Today I got lip filler and they couldn't look anymore perfect! In February I got Botox and it still looks frozen (Just the way I love it). Flawless is beautiful inside, the staff could not be any more welcoming and knowledgeable. From the front desk, Peter, to every nurse in there, including the social media girls. Lisa stays up-to-date with all the newest procedures and products. They always offer unbelievable monthly specials and they have a members price which I highly suggest getting. I had Botox done on my crow's feet by Caitlyn--something I regularly get at other medspas without any issues. During the injection, there was noticeable bleeding, but she reassured me, saying, "Don't worry, that won't cause bruising." Well... famous last words. I ended up with a massive bruise that lasted over two weeks. No amount of makeup could cover it, so I avoided social events altogether. When I voiced my frustration to the staff, I received generic, copy-paste responses that felt impersonal and dismissive. No offer of compensation, no real acknowledgment of the inconvenience. With so many great medspas out there, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. I won't be returning. read more
