I've been to this clinic at least 8 times since January 2015, and am always amazed at the level of care offered, and the professionalism of the staff. I like to sum up reviews with a single word, and for the Southside Health Center, the word is "inclusivity." Services offered are general medical services, pediatric, dental, and behavioral health. I am unaware of the full scope of services offered, but I would recommend SHC to anyone, irrespective of their means. The interior is squeaky clean. There are always sufficient receptionists to accommodate both the English and Spanish community. Additionally, they can provide translation for a large number of languages, including French, Portuguese, Creole, and Italian. The parking lot can be crowded at times, but it has never been too full for my car to fit in.

They really went downhill from when they were BetterMed. The medical staff are very nice. The receptionist out front are rude and dismissively not interested in you. I wait can be hours. If you are going to wait hours.... Go to Patient First. They still perform everything there and can fill your RX if they have e it in stock. CareNow is much closer to me.... But they are worthless.

When we get to the clinic, we are told they do not have any biometric test strips and we will have to go to another clinic. Why weren't we alerted of this before we showed up? Also, the girl at the desk was short with us and had a terrible attitude. It was a bad experience all around, and we will not be going back to Little Clinic - especially the Staples Mill location.
