I tried calling several times for several days, leaving voice mail & speaking to nurse to get straight about my medication and cannot get a response or reply. I guess I need to find another new doctor/practice, that can be more attentive to my medical needs and respect my time. Not being able to get a response for meds is important to my healing & health.

I like to sum up reviews with a single word, and for the Southside Health Center, the word is "inclusivity." Services offered are general medical services, pediatric, dental, and behavioral health. I am unaware of the full scope of services offered, but I would recommend SHC to anyone, irrespective of their means. The interior is squeaky clean. There are always sufficient receptionists to accommodate both the English and Spanish community. Additionally, they can provide translation for a large number of languages, including French, Portuguese, Creole, and Italian. The parking lot can be crowded at times, but it has never been too full for my car to fit in.

If you are going to wait hours.... Go to Patient First. They still perform everything there and can fill your RX if they have e it in stock. CareNow is much closer to me.... But they are worthless.
