When I called this practice, they answered the phone right away. The assistant was very friendly and kind. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to get my name, ins info, and schedule my visit all within 10min on that first call. The visit was scheduled a little over a week out which fit my work schedule perfectly. When it came time for the actual procedure, the whole office staff was great. It was a short wait after check-in. It was my first colonoscopy and when the office staff found out, they took extra special care of me. My appt was with Dr. Mitchell. He was so nice and approachable. He made sure I understood the procedure. I had no issues with the anesthesia and Dr. Mitchell called me a few days later with results. This practice is 10/10. My husband says he's going to start going here for his colonoscopies as well. Definitely recommend!
