I signed in at Kiosk. called 6404 at reception desk to see if any more info was needed, no one answered after it rang 10 times so I sat and waited. apparently the kiosk doesn't work, no one knew I was there until an MRI tech happened to walk out the door and see me sitting there at 6:20pm. pathetic service for the prices we're paying for healthcare.

I was so out of it I couldn't communicate and know if an of this was really. My glucose meter evidently is way off saying my blood sugar was 356 which is double the norm. But was 38 when admitted to ER which is dangerous level. I literally could have easily died. I didn't know where I was or what was going on. But they quickly helped save my life. No complaints at all. I've worked at hospitals all my adult life and it was very scary being on the other side.

This doctor refused to treat my child, claimed I was being dramatic. Told me to give my kid a popsicle. Then threatened to call security when I asked for tests to be run. Just for me to take my child elsewhere one hour later and have an ambulance transport my baby whose oxygen levels dropped to 74 and continued dropping and he had 104 fever. He was diagnosed with pneumonia, RSV and bronchitis. A 3 year old. And now the hospital will not provide me paperwork or update his chart so I can report that doctor. CASES LIKE THESE KILL PEOPLE.

I didn't engage in this man's unwarranted bazaar hostility towards me and that seemed to escalate his behavior. I asked 9 times for him to please stop, please leave, please sir, please don't treat me in a demeaning manner and it continued. He then told ME that he won't allow any patients to abuse HIM! Absolutely (no one) was mistreating him! I felt like I was in the twilight zone. In my 56 years of life I've never experienced anything like this.
