I've used this CVS for years and thought I had reviewed it previously but…read more.. So today we got shots for the flu and corona V. We set up an appointment on line and arrived about 10 minutes early. I think we waited 2 or 3 minutes, the pharmacist came out and gave us both our shots. Easy cheesy - in and out in less than 10 min for both of us to get our shots. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, on top of what they do, prices are right. What's not to like?

I live nearby and often walk to CVS, usually just browsing. I was looking for a foundation shade and asking my friends if it matched. I looked outside and saw her staring again. This isn't the first time; every time I visit with my sister, she's always giving me dirty looks and staring. I don't know who the manager was at that moment, but it was about two hours ago. My friends and I were simply walking, browsing makeup and snacks because we were in a snacking mood. I wanted to buy foundation but felt uncomfortable because she was too close in my personal space, just enough to hear her breathing. I called her a B because my friend heard her calling us names too. I think it was the manager because she was really close. The first time we went there without my other friend, we were looking at sharpies because we wanted some, and she was just staring at us. We also walked past some snacks I've tried before, and I said they taste bad because a friend bought me one a few weeks ago. but I didn't say it directly to her. And at the time I was like just genuinely confused on why to get following us and until she cornered me me and my friends and was like the manager told me to watch you specifically and I was like oh my bad I didn't know and she was like yeah that is your bad and I swear I felt spit all over my face when she was done talking. I was talking with my friends and I was like why is this B following us? While I can't speak for the whole of the hospital. I will say that if you have an Emergency and can…read morego some where else, do so. Only once have I ever got quick care and response from the unit when I had an allergic reaction to some cold medicine. Once even with my hand crush at a job related accident, I was stuck in the hallway next to the auto door push (which had to be used often) waiting on a transfer to another hospital. The baby unit gets a so - so grade, as the nurses are quick to come to the needs but the over all feel of the birthing center is not inviting nor set up well. (not the nurses fault I know). Its sad to say, but since Stouder memorial closed. Urgent Care in Troy has gone done hill =-(

Do not use this hospital unless it's your very last resort!! This place is an absolute disaster and…read more it is commonly referred to by many people as "Death Valley" for good reason. I have only used it for emergency breathing treatments, and possibly a band aid. However, tonight I went because I was unable to catch my breath and my asthma meds at home were not working. I went into the er not able to talk because my breathing was so labored. I signed in and waited 15 mins to be triaged. When she finally took me, my oxygen was at 89%. She did an ekg as well and told me to have a seat in waiting area again. I continued to sit and struggle for another 45 mins as they called back what appeared to be people who could talk, walk, and breathe with no problems. I realize they have waited but time is of the essence when it comes to breathing. It is a true emergency and easily fixed if treated quickly and accurately. I knew I was only going to get worse as I sat there struggling and decided to leave and go to the huber heights er about 25 mins south. What do you know, as soon as I got there, they hooked me up to a breathing machine and gave me steroids in an iv..(they were also very busy too)..within mins of the first treatment I was well on my way to being able to breathe. However I waited for so long at upper valley er that my oxygen would not go up easily. Huber er explained that the longer you wait, the harder it is to get me back to normal. After 2 strong breathing treatments and some rest, my oxygen went up to 95% . I was released with meds for home and instructions to see my family dr. I cannot say enough about how I felt when I entered huber er compared to entering upper valley. It's sad when you are grasping for air and they just look at you like you're fine, go have a seat! I'm thankful I left Death Valley and put my trust in another er. I will continue to spread the word along with thousands of other people who have experienced less than adequate care at this hospital.
