Prices were good, and the trees were nicely shaped. I didn't see many 8 ft+ trees, but there was a great selection for up to 7 ft. The grounds were a little muddy, and the trees were on a hill, but the trees were all planted in neat rows that made it easy to walk around and eye the trees from every angle. Once we picked our tree, we flagged down someone with a chainsaw, and they cut it down for us. The farm has a shaker and baler as well, and once our tree was prepped, it was loaded into our truck for us. It looked like the place was cash only, but there was a sign stating that they took checks as well.

The location is easy to get to but be careful because the road you turn on to get to their farm is kind of small. There is a sign that says it's coming up 500 ft away so you do get alerted! Once you park on their driveway, walk up to their farm and pick your tree amongst the rows and rows of beautiful Noble or Douglas Firs which are either $30 or $40. Once you choose the one you want to take home, flag someone down by waving your hands in the air and they'll come your way with a chainsaw and cut it down for you and also tie it to your car. Couldn't have been more easier and I'll definitely be back next year!

Our family loves frog pond farm already so this was an awesome new experience. In addition to that we happened to be there when baby goats were roaming around so that was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. Will definitely do the llama walks again! Their fall festival, including the pumpkin patch, was not running yet and I felt some of the farm was a little limited because of that. They ran out of apple cider donuts for purchase and parts of the farm had a closed sign on it. That being said, there was still plenty of animals to visit, including two camels!, bounce houses for kids, outdoor games, and general farm vibes. Next time I would pack a picnic lunch as the only options available were lemonade and donuts until they were sold out on site. Staff was friendly and the animals looked well cared for. Perfect spot for a weekend farm day activity. I was surprised how much fun my kids had and look forward to visiting again when I can walk more of the farm.

They have a huge selection of different kinds of trees, each of which are more amazing than the other. They have big trees, small trees some massive trees anything you could want this is the place to get it. We also got a gorgeous wreath which is on our door and smells and looks amazing. It's definitely a great place to try and support local businesses. It was only $20 delivery to the Pearl, which in my opinion is a steal. However that is probably because we've moved from New York City. Either way definitely will be using them again and again while here in Portland. I had read somewhere that they had free eggnog and cookies while you shopped, but I guess Covid put a hold on that. Hopefully next year it will be back again! Check them out, u won't be disappointed

A Dream Wedding Venue with Amazing Owners!…read more We had our daughter's wedding at Redland Family Farm, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful or accommodating venue. From the start, Adelle and Tim were so patient and helpful, even with the many questions and requests we threw their way. They always responded with kindness and made the entire process so much easier for us. They went above and beyond on the wedding day--Adelle even helped turn simple cheesecloth into gorgeous curtains, creating a warm and romantic entryway for the bride and groom. The venue itself is stunning, with two separate suites for the bride and groom to get ready, a large parking lot for guests, onsite staff to assist throughout the day, and the most breathtaking oak tree and sunset views you could imagine. Adelle and Tim are such a wonderful couple to work with, and their property is truly a gem. If you're looking for a venue that combines natural beauty with caring, hands-on owners, Redland Family Farm is the perfect choice!

You can tell it's a family-run space, and that makes all the difference. We got married on a chilly summer solstice day with unexpected rain, and Tim was constantly stoking the fires to keep everyone warm and cozy. Even with the weather, there were so many beautiful, usable spaces for our guests to enjoy. The property is breathtaking in every direction, rain or shine! Adele and Tim were the kindest, most accommodating hosts. The whole day felt warm, welcoming, and so well supported. If you're looking for a venue that's as thoughtful as it is gorgeous, this is it. We are so grateful we chose Redland Family Farm - it was the best decision we made, and we would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat!
