My daughter (lvl 7) needed coaches who would push her to limits she didn't seem possible, she needed coaches who didn't tell her she is a disappointment (last gym did), and a gym that actually does gymnastics and isn't a beautified, very expensive, after school child care center when parents are paying a car payment monthly and devoting 20+ hrs/week to. I drive 4 hrs round trip, 5x/week for this gymnastics center, so I 100% vouch for them. If you want your child to not only succeed, but succeed on a national level...then come to Capital NTC. After experiencing so many gymnastics carpets at competitions across the country, I can confidently say the one here is superb. It's soft, springy, and helps protect knees and joints, which is so important for young athletes. Coaches keep the carpet fresh and odor-free--something you won't find in most gyms Coach Tatiana is an exceptional coach who truly understands what it means to develop athletes. She is tough in all the right ways, teaching kids the value of hard work, focus, and self-discipline. My daughter has learned not only skills in the gym but also life lessons about handling both failure and success--because success can sometimes be harder for kids to navigate than failure. Along the way, we've made mistakes, learned from them, and grown stronger together. That resilience is exactly what Mosaic instills. Coach Hyejin is another incredible asset to the club. I went through a lot of stress and silent heartache for my child being at Dulles. I know a good amount of parents that attend this gym and have told me that it is so easy to express any concerns you have with G-Force but I had the opposite experience at Dulles. Think twice before joining Dulles. There is a reason why there are no negative reviews written for this gym. Dulles has many negative reviews for a reason.

The outside of the place had some graffiti on the wall, and the place seemed closed at first sight. I decided to check the place out anyhow. Walking back into this place of business was different this time around. This time the place was more livelier. This time I didn't get to talk to anyone. This time I was greeted by several tiny eyes looking at me as if I am asked creepy old man. This time I am the old man being stared at. It has been 40 years since I was a kid learning gymnastics. This time I wonder what I am doing here? Even if this place was my old stomping ground from when I was a kid. This time I did see more women here than males. Actually I saw no males in here. I am starting to wonder if this place is now only for girls/young ladies. If this time is this time, then times have indeed changed and so must I. This time will be my last time visiting this place. I messaged the gym (via their website) regarding the seating 2 days prior to the meet, but I received no response. One day prior to the meet, I called the gym to ask about the spectator seating, but the person answering the call could give me any information, she tried to find someone to take the call, but there was no one available. The bars and men's apparatus were located in a different room, so you had the choice to try to make your way back there or miss these events altogether. My child has been a gymnast for over 15 years, I have seen a lot of different meets at a lot of different gyms, this by far was the worst gym I have seen hosting a meet.

The teachers were very harsh and judgmental. The place seemed to be a lot less colorful as it seemed when I was younger an overall the experience just wasn't that great.
