I don't understand why you open up a business and do not have great customer service. Many of the staff do not greet anyone coming in. The owners are the same. You work for customer service, why don't you make your customers feel welcome. They pick and choose who they want to talk to. read more

I went here today and order 4 tacos with a small rice & beans. I was totally disappointed and will never be going back spending a penny in there. I called in my order and the lady that answered took my order and told me 15 minutes. I was there in 12 minutes and I stay about 3 minutes away . When I got home the meat on all the tacos was cold and not seasoned at all. The only thing that was warm was the rice & beans. My Wife called up there to let them know and they stated the lettuce & tomatoes was cold and that's why the meat was cold...Smh!! Poor Customer Service & Cold Meat on Tacos! read more

It used to be just small mexican store where I was always buys seasoned meat either for grilling or just to make pastor. Great selection of meat and chesse. Recently they opened kitchen inside that store so I had to go check it out since I can eat mexican all day everyday. So I got steak burrito and pastor tacos. Lots of meat on tacos and huge burrito. One of biggest I've ever had. Mind you i do eat lots of mexican food. If you are in the area go check it out. Recommended read more

I ordered food from their restaurant for a party of 50 plus people. The order was ready on time and was nice and hot. I had made a few mistakes and didnt order trays and tray heaters. The little Marketa helped us with that dillema and helped save the day. On to the food. Wow!!!! We bought five different meats, rice, and beans. Each dish was awesome! ! Everyone mentioned how good the food tasted and i beleive we all went for seconds and thirds throughout the night. Their prices were competitive if not under the normal prices which was a great bonus. I will definitely order from them again. The tacos are VERY good!! I have tried other Mexican restaurant around here, and by far, this place has the BEST tacos. I love their carnitas, and steak tacos with onions and cilantro only. Their sauces are spicy, it's very good. The service will take a while, so call ahead to save time. I love the week ends, because they have a buffet of hot food that can be purchased by the pound. My favorite dish is Chile Rellenos, and they make it delicious. My husband loves the variety of traditionally cooked meats on the buffet. Ad your own rice, beans and tortillas and you'll have an afternoon meal the way it was mean to be in Mexico. They also have a small "at the window" type of restaurant with authentic Mexican food. They have a few booths in the Market to sit to eat your food. I prefer to "take out". read more

I've been in Plano for 2.5 years and when we moved to town we were told we absolutely had to try the fajita mix, guac and pico. The guac and pico are wonderful, but every time I go in the front of the store is FULL of rotting produce. I mean bananas that are brown and oozing, avocados that look terrible, onions that are moldy (do you know how long it takes an onion to go moldy!?!?). The way I see it, if you keep that kind of food up front where people can see it, I'd hate to see what you put in the food you prepare. read more

We have our share of Mexican places to order from, between Yorkville, Plano, and Sandwich. I have tried most of them. This one is definitely on my favorites list. I ordered several burritos, tacos, with sides of rice and beans for a family style meal. Then walked around the store while waiting. The produce looked fine, with a unique variety of choices. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. They even have authentic Mexican bakery. I would say this place is geared a bit more toward "take out" than "dine-in" although they do have booths available to eat in if you wish. When I picked up food it was in a really nice presentation on a tray, laid out with chips sprinkled between the dishes, burritos, and tacos. The food was awesome, with many sides of authentic sauces both mild and hot. All was neatly wrapped in a clean clear food wrap. Yes I will be going back. I also was informed this place is involved with several surrounding area Chambers of Commerce which says a lot. You will not be disappointed. read more
