She and Ron are kind, generous, hilarious, talented, honest and professional in every way. On top of that, they are good people--- in a town (and industry) where good people are few and far between. The service I received from Rutt's Catering was OUTSTANDING. My colleague and I were so impressed with it ALL: Quality (everyone raved about the food--the best we've served them!), temperature (the food was PIPING hot...so hot that we needed mitts to uncover the food), portion (while it didn't look like enough, it was PLENTY), speed of service and promptness (we arrived 10 minutes earlier than our stated pick up time for the 1st order and the last of the order was being packed...we left exactly at the requested pick up time...but even MORE impressive was the food delivery to Malibu for the 2nd order was ALSO on time...was actually 10 minutes early--this has never happened before!), accuracy and packaging of order (everything was labeled clearly, packaged perfectly and nothing was wrong), and EVERYTHING in between (Paul was easy to work with when placing the order...even had a few changes and it wasn't an issue...they even provide name tents/food labels).
