Sadly I do not think the acoustics in this venue are that great. Out of the three bands I could not make out ONE lyric when i was standing by the bar and its not like it's that massive or I was far away. It's something they absolutely need to work on bc otherwise what is the point of seeing a band play if you can't even hear them?

We thought why not get a cold beer in an air conditioned place. Free WiFi Password - Guinness TV's all over the place, with different sports on them. Beer: ales, IPA's, pilsners. Mixed drinks. Cold cans of beer on ice. I asked Why no bottles? There's a college nearby and a glass bottle could pose a problem. A daily event calendar: karaoke night, trivia night, see photo. I can imagine on a weekend night this place is really hopping. The Poughkeepsie Metro North station is within walking distance. They have parking and outdoor dining options. We will be back.

Bathroom design from the 80s I guess, huge bathroom with many stalls for men and 1 man in there and women's bathroom smaller only a few stalls and a line of 30 women like why can't they redesign this? One small heat pump a/c hanging on the wall in back of the theater with hundreds of people crammed in soaking wet with sweat. It's great beyond that but it's like they're practicing to be a theater. Ate at the Mexican restaurant there beforehand which food was okay average not bad, very convenient and they had a/c but theater was a mess it was hot before concert even started.

There's a Mexican restaurant and Tavern right next door, which are nice amenities. There was also plenty of parking and the outside was well lit. The Theater itself felt brand new. It was super modern and clean. There was a small bar with various drinks. As far as food, I only saw candy and chips listed. Water was also $4 and came in an environmentally friendly bottle. Bathrooms were downstairs, which wasn't an issue for me but could be for someone with limited mobility. If you have limited mobility and plan on visiting, I would call to ensure the restrooms can be accessed. The room where the musicians perform is large and there is a small seating area upstairs, which is a different, more expensive ticket. I did see about 5 or 6 stools downstairs for those who need to sit. Unfortunately, the main act was unable to perform but the theater did send out an email several hours before the show started to let guests know their options so that was appreciated. Overall, it's a really nice venue for a show!

The whitewashed brick walls trimmed in blue, gorgeous bar as you walk in, and those charming bistro chairs set the tone for a cozy but polished night. I stopped in for dinner with a colleague during a work trip, and it was the perfect spot to unwind. The Old Fashioneds and pierogies did not disappoint. The NY strip and pork schnitzel arrived with simple, elegant plating--and both were as good as they looked. Great atmosphere, great cocktails, great food. Exactly the kind of pub you want to stumble upon when traveling for work.

I then watched as he made orders for other people. My customer had already paid. This happens to be an all black establishment, as was my customer. I'm white - very white. I tend to use Grub Hub to find good places to eat. After the look I got, the refusal of service and the dismissive attitude I received, what else am I to think? Will never eat here as I don't support discrimination in any form.

We loved the vibe of the place, the food was fantastic. The service was a little iffy. It does get really busy and they don't have a ton of people serving, so just be patient. Our server did forget to bring something that we ordered, but it wasn't a big deal. The venue itself is definitely worth visiting. You can see some incredible artists there on a donation basis. All of the money goes to the artists, which is really great. There is some street parking, parking behind the venue, and parking in a separate space one street over. I would highly recommend this if you like great music in a local venue.

He was doing his closing song and as we were heading out, I wanted to capture a minute of his closing song on phone and stood where the prior photographer had been and was not impacting anyone. So with a smile on my face I was capturing this last minute of the night and from behind me a bully employee decided to manhandle me and pulled my shoulders back and lifted me up and pulled me back, then repeated the action. I was horrified but left there without calling police as I didn't want a scene. My friend was a witness. Got in the car was in pain and crying went to Woodstock police next day and filed a report (described him completely) and there was absolutely nothing done to him by the police who said the assistant DA would get involved .......... never heard anything on this. Another staff member wrote me and said basically I am fabricating etc she spoke with the employee and another one who was there. I have no reason to lie and I had a witness and yet police did nothing and he was NEVER HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I had an injury from him but am healed but will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN TO BE PHYSICALLY MANHANDLED BY A BULLY EMPLOYEE and if this ever happens anywhere else (never in life has this occurred) I will call the police right on the spot.
