No tickets loading or unloading! Slice of pizza is $3.50 ($2.95 at urban air) 16oz Soda is $3.75 ($2.95 at urban air) Every $25 is about 15 minutes of play with a kid if you are playing claw machines and a few ticket games. They have rooms for hosting parties. Laser tag and dark mini golf / put-put available. Compared to Craig's Cruisers, their prices are half. The VR attraction would have been twice as much at Craig's Cruisers. If you want go-karts, go to Craig's Cruisers. Otherwise they have the same things besides go-karts. Today we went to The Lost City arcade in Holland. The staff was exceptional! Ryan was so kind and helpful. He walked us through laser tag and what to expect. We had dinner plans but got a snack while we were there and the "Bosco sticks" with ranch were so delicious! They were hot, crispy and topped with parmesan. And they had our favorite Spindrift water! The prices were super affordable and the games had a great selection of variety for all ages. We all had a blast! Highly recommended! read more

Well my son originally wanted to go to Craig's Cruisers for his birthday but after our last experience, we decided to go with The Lost City. This place is hands down way better than the GR location of Craig's Cruisers!! I can't speak for the rest of Craig's Cruisers but at the GR location we have had the worst of customer service. We didn't go to The Lost City for the arcade or mini golf but we went specifically for the laser tag arena and were not disappointed! This laser tag arena is HUGE!! We played with 14 people for almost an entire hour which was about 3 games. We all had a blast! Biggest points going out for the impeccable customer service!! First off they were able to fit our group in with fairly short notice. Then I didn't get a quote and unexpectedly had 3 kids under 4 with us. Not wanting to leave any parents out we asked how much it would be for all of us and the guy said $210. I only had $150 and there were about 5 people there that weren't expected to be. The guy took my $150 and let us all go in. Obviously, there is no way they could do that for everyone so please don't expect it, and I would never expect for it to happen again. However, for them to work with us like that and do it with such impeccable service was just amazing! You can also tell that the employees actually like their job. Also unlike Craig's Cruisers. 2 adults and 2 kids ended up sitting it out anyway. Needless to say, we will be back!! I don't doubt our friends who came with will have this site on their list of good places for family fun too. So with this, you unknowingly won 3 families to your business! Great job! read more

Was only around for a couple hours for a specific event, however staff was extremely kind and accommodating, and I respect the place immensely for still being a token-based arcade instead of using a card system Great party rooms and even a small section of massage chairs are available as well. read more

We recently attended a birthday party at The Lost City and it was fantastic! The party was so well organized and the pizza was SO GREAT! Kevin was the employee in charge of our group and he was so attentive and thoughtful. We were a part of a pretty large party and Kevin was honestly a huge help in making sure it ran smoothly and that we always had plenty of pizza and drinks. My husband and I took my 11 year old son and his friend here a couple of weeks ago, and we had the most amazing experience here. The owner was so kind to our boys. When they came out of a laser game their faces were flushed & he gave them bottled water. The employees made sure that they were taken care of and got enough time in the laser game. They let my husband and I play mini golf while we waited, air hockey and some fun arcade games ourselves. (We are very competitive ourselves, so we had a blast competing with each other). When our boys were cashing out their tickets for prizes, the girl behind the counter made their day with a special prizes for them even when they had a lower amount of tickets. We haven't been able to afford to do anything special with my son for a long time, and The Lost City made it the most special experience we could have asked for. Thank you to everyone there! The Lost City is an appropriate name for the business, as it rather difficult to find. Stuck between a GAP outlet and other small businesses, The Lost City provides its customers with laser tag, mini-bowling, several arcades and mini-golf. While I can't attest for the mini-bowling or laser tag, which is what I assume is their feature attraction, I can attest for the arcades and mini-golf. The arcades that are available are very... Dull. Outside of Time Crisis 3, there are not a lot of great games available. Sure you have your air hockey, but that's something to be expected from arcades. The prize games were very focused on giving away tickets, heralding them over legitimate prizes you'd find out of similar prize machines elsewhere. Then there is the miniature golf... I'm going to be very blunt with this and then explain why I feel this way... This is the absolute worst mini golf course I have ever played on. Usually when you play mini-golf, you can choose between at a minimum, 18 holes and 36 holes. Here? Just nine. Going in, I thought, "maybe the holes are high in quality play and are in general, fun." But I was wrong. Oh so very wrong. First off, the putters were loose at then handle. Have you ever played a game of mini-golf where the grip of the putter is so loose that it's unreliable? Having quality supplies for mini-golf isn't just a must, it's common sense. Second, the putting surface, and let me tell you, each hole was atrocious. All of them had jankey carpeting that didn't even attempt to mimic a putting green. Glow-in-the-dark mini-golf courses even put green carpeting on even though it's not going to be seen with all the special lighting. In addition, some of the carpeting was damaged, altering the direction and rolling speed of the ball as a result. The carpeting is inconsistent and fails to mimic that of an average mini-golf course. Third, the course theme is Egyptian? I get that some courses have themes, but... Egyptian? How does ancient Egypt and mini-golf come together? Is it supposed to be this way to fit with the name "The Lost City"? Because let me tell you something... This is one horribly put together theme. It has a bunch of horrendously-crafted Egyptian cliche objects that present nothing fun to the course. Fourth, the length. The holes themselves were very short. Most mini-golf holes tend to have some length to them, but this place just seemed to cut the standard mini-golf hole in half. They're all elevated, but you can still putt while being on the main floor. My girlfriend and I managed to finish all nine holes in 10 minutes. Finally, the obstacles. Some of the course obstacles were just asinine. The first hole had this silver crocodile or something halfway submerged into the carpet and at the end, the upward slope is completely plastic. Why? Was there not enough in budgeting to add extra carpet to the hole? Or was this an attempt at making the course "more challenging"? I've never seen a mini-golf course use plastic as part of the putting surface, let alone, at such a crucial part of the hole. The second hole is a mess. There's these tiny, possibly plastic squares that pop up across a part of the course. If your ball hits a square, it will go out of the playing course and you lose a stroke. Basically, you have to put precisely straight or else you lose a stroke. I get the idea is to bring obstacles that are challenging, but not ones that punish the player for having a putt travel slightly to the left or right. Imagine a kid playing this. His putt is never going to be dead straight. Then there was the hole with two carpets and a shuttle loop. The shuttle loop is fine, but what was the point of the carpets being rolled up next to each other? Were they meant to be an obstacle or did someone just drop them on the course and the course architect said, "Don't move it again, this hole is perfect"? You basically just putt to the left, ignoring the entire center and right side of the hole, kind of like what the architects did. Then there is the ninth "hole" which is what I'd call "an admission of defeat." This so-called hole merely takes your putted ball and determines what stroke you get by making your ball play plinko. If your ball lands in the "bonus" hole, you get a ticket for a free game of mini-golf. Any other hole warrants no such prize and determines your stroke. That is the worst way to do a hole. Have luck determine your outcome? What if you were winning and all of a sudden lose because your golf ball landed in three whereas your opponent's landed in two? So luck ultimately outweighs skill and smarts? That's bull. Somehow my ball landed in the bonus hole and I was given a ticket for a free game. But am I going to go back? No. Why should I waste my time on such a horribly put together mini-golf course that has no direction, an empty theme, horrible putting surfaces, unreliable equipment, obstacles that punish way too hard and just in general insults mini-golf? read more

First time coming here to play laser tag and it was awesome! Two level, black light laser tag to be precise! Pretty decent prices to play, but only 30 spots per game. We reserved a time to play our three rounds ahead of time because spots fill up fast! They also have a high score board that you can enter your best scores in to try and make it to being #1! They had other fun things like an arcade, mini bowling and mini golf. All around super fun place! Highly recommend! read more

The manager is very rude. I saw her yelling at employees right in front of us. She should not be working at an arcade where there is kids around all the time. The whole time i was here she basically just sat on her phone paying no attention to anything. Employees are very nice but the manager seems to act a little out there. read more

I have gone to the facility "The Lost City" 3 times. Every time, I have been there something has gone wrong with my experience. The first time, their employees were giving my family a hard time about the time to go laser tagging. 3 employees were telling us 3 different things, and living far away-we ended up not going. The second time was fine. The third, I made an appointment at 11:26, exactly 1 hour before I was arriving, 12:30. When my family arrived, their employees didn't write down the appointment. I don't suggest going, and if you have another option to not choose The Lost City. Their customer service is far from standard expectations. read more
