The space is beautiful and very flexible with a fun, patient, gracious staff that helps with everything from planning to set up. We highly recommend this venue for wedding receptions but also for almost any event that needs a beautiful, flexible space. The room comfortably could seat up to about 325 people and the staff is very flexible with room organization. Our only recommendation is that they get a wheel chair to have available in the facility for elderly visitors. We highly, highly recommend Midtown Center!

Since the hotel is right in the college area, they even sell local college gear in the lobby. For quick food options, there's a little snack station where you can buy drinks and snacks, plus a microwave available for guests to use. I also really appreciated the water station, which made it super easy to fill up my reusable water bottle throughout the day. Location-wise, it's about a mile walk to the lake but just a block away from downtown. Parking was incredibly easy and convenient, as they have multiple lots around the property where you can park for free. The room itself was nice and standard, equipped with a fridge and a small seating area. The bathroom was very nice and updated. On my first night, the motion sensor seemed to be acting up because the lights kept shutting off on me, but housekeeping must have noticed and fixed it the next day because it worked perfectly after that. My only real complaint about the room was the WiFi, which was pretty spotty and didn't really work well inside the room. Overall, it's a clean, convenient, and modern place to stay. I would definitely come back!
