Stopped here for a late lunch and was so impressed by their gluten-free options and protocols. The space has a great vibe--they have an awesome outdoor beer garden, though we opted to grab a table inside this time. They also have a little shop on-site, which is a fun feature to check out! Their menu has items clearly marked "GF," and they offer both GF buns and pizza crusts, along with a huge selection of cocktails. When I asked about the seasonal sangria, our server was incredibly knowledgeable. She explained that they make their vodka in-house and while it's gluten-free, it's not certified gluten-free, but their gin is certified. I really appreciated that level of transparency! Our server even asked if I had celiac disease, which immediately put me at ease. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip, which they brought out with gluten-free chips, explicitly announcing it as "gluten-free" when they set it down. For my main, I ordered the garlic cheese pizza. The crust was really good--perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was attentive, safe, and welcoming from start to finish. If you are celiac or gluten-sensitive, this spot takes cross-contamination seriously. I will definitely be back!

New Holland Brewing was our first stop on our trip to Michigan so we were very excited to try anything on the menu. We split a cordon bleu pizza and it was fabulous! We especially enjoyed the cheese and mustard. Probably one of the most unique and delicious pizzas we've had in a long time! Although we were seated right away, we weren't given a choice in where we wanted to sit or if we preferred inside/outside. The table we were sat at was very sticky and the service was just ok.

I went to New Holland Brewing and it did not disappoint. I had heard great things about this spot from some locals, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Although it was busy, we were seated immediately. There's plenty of seating both inside and outside, which helped the wait. The menu is fairly short, but that wasn't an issue since there were still plenty of appealing options. I started with the Dragon's Milk Toasted Marshmallow drink. Based on the name, I expected something sweet, but it was much more bitter than anticipated. We also ordered the Hot Honey Pepperoni Pinwheels, and they were incredible. Crispy, flavorful, and easily one of the best appetizers I've had at a restaurant. I highly recommend giving them a try. For my meal, I got the Dixie Luau, their take on a Hawaiian pizza. It was excellent. The crust was the perfect thickness, and the toppings were generous. What really stood out was the pineapple, it tasted fresh and high quality compared to the canned pineapple that many places use. If the weather is nice, definitely ask to sit on the front patio. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the food, and do a little people-watching. The atmosphere was great, and I'd absolutely come back the next time I'm in the area.

I wish I could rate this higher because we had such a good experience at the GR location. We ordered hot chicken sandwiches, burgers and I got the turkey club. The chicken sandwiches were dry and all hot food was cold like it was hanging out in the kitchen for a while. Servers were friendly but waited 45 minutes for food. Perhaps staffing was off. Ambiance was nice, not very full on a weekday which was convenient to get seated right away! Parking was easy with all of the public lots downtown.

I have been on hold for at least 5 minutes due to an insufficient order (missing many items). DO NOT GO HERE it's a scam!! Black bean burger is good though I can't lie

Sat inside in the tavern room. We shared a flight of their IPAs... tangerine, peach, Space Loose limited release, and their fruity Passion blaster. Good beers for summer time. The artichoke and spinach pie was very good. Had it with a strawberry salad which was good as well. Service was prompt and friendly. Parking on the street.

If you're in the Holland Michigan area I would encourage you to stop by new Holland brewing for a drink. The vibe is fun and the space is actually a lot bigger than I expected. If you're there with good weather, they even have an outside beer garden that being said, I would skip the food. It was just fine and not something I would really recommend. The drinks were great though, and I love that they were offered in many different sizes.

love the beer, great bar food. And the whiskey tasting in the building for Mi distilled stuff is cool. Great distribution on their craft beer.

Let me begin by saying I love breweries. Not even for the drinks, especially because I am currently pregnant at the moment, but when breweries offer food, the options are normally bomb. So, when my friends and I were in Saugatuck for a bachelorette party and decided to stop by New Holland Brewery, I was stoked and we were not disappointed. The vibes, service, and food were all great, and the menu has plenty of options to choose from. Even without a reservation, we were able to get a table upstairs that comfortably fit our large group, which was impressive given how busy the place was. Our waitress did an amazing job keeping up with such a big party and made sure everyone was taken care of. The menu offers a nice variety, including starters, pizzas, salads, soups, and sandwiches, all at very reasonable prices. Most entrees fall in the $15 to $20 range. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted because so many items sounded good, but I ultimately ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich for $15 with a side of cream of potato soup. Both were excellent. The chicken was huge, perfectly cooked, and well-seasoned with just the right amount of heat. The soup was creamy with a great balance of potatoes. Overall, I genuinely loved my meal and would absolutely return the next time I am in town. I also did not hear a single complaint from anyone in our group, which says a lot when dining with a large party.

I really love New Holland Brewing! It's in a great location near a ton of other great shops and restaurants and the space itself is large with a patio, main dining and spacious bar area. Our absolute go to order is the pepperoni pinwheels. Order a beer flight and when you've checked out, don't forget to stop in their storefront after. Great selection of canned beverages.

I don't think you can go wrong with a stop at New Holland Brewing. The drink selection is way more expansive than it used to be. The menu has a little something for everyone. The wait staff was very personable and friendly. One of our food orders came with something we wanted removed and they were very accommodating to fix that for us. It wasn't expected nor did we complain, but he noticed and fixed it.

First time back to New Holland in a while! I love the beer and was excited to be able to have it on tap at the brewery. I ordered a maple cinnamon dragon's milk. It was so good! We also ordered a chicken pizza to share and it was delicious! 100 percent recommend you stop by while in Holland!

Service was ok. The beer I ordered off the menu was out of stock. When we entered, the smell of a sour mop was not pleasant.

We had to go around the block multiple times before we found a space behind the parking lot behind the restaurant. When we got into the restaurant was packed on a Tuesday night. There was a short waiting list that moved pretty quickly. The main reasons for going there was to try their James Beard award winning Trumpet burger. I also ordered an amber ale that was pretty good. It was good but coming from Chicago there are several burgers that I feel are better. Places like Au Chaval & Little Bad Wolf to name a few. My wife ordered a Mediterranean style pizza. Again coming from Chicago the pizza was very average. How can you compare this to Pequods or Lou Malnati? Hops draws a large crowd and really packs the people in. To drink, I started with the kiwi pineapple margarita--they offer multiple types of rims, and I went with sugar, which was delicious. The summer sangria also sounded amazing, but I stuck with the margarita since it was guaranteed gluten-free. For food, we shared the ricotta with gluten-free toast, and for my main, I had the Beyond Burger on a gluten-free bun with a side of chips that were confirmed to be safely gluten-free. Finding a place that is this accommodating, knowledgeable, and delicious is rare, and it made our trip so much better!

The menu is very robust with a balance of flavor fusion and fan favs. The Bacon Jam Session was fantastic, and I highly recommend this to a friend. We were seated outside and our server made very minimal effort to come out and see us. She was quickly rushing off before we could ask a question or make a request. No love with any of the food. No balance of flavors. The fries were not good... just pepper heavy. My daughter wouldn't eat her grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup saying she didn't like the seasoning, (though I thought it was tasty). Everything was disappointing especially my ancho chicken bowl that had less than a breast of chicken, jalapeño heavy and barely any avocado. Talk about cheap! Are we coming back to give this restaurant another chance? Yeah... no. We are hopping right outta this catty spot and would rather just eat at Sperry's movie house in the dining area as their food is much better, quicker, and cheaper. Staff is also much friendlier AND they have fun board games to play. In conclusion, Meow.
