I asked them for a pin. I pinned it up and I put it in the dryer and they told me I couldn't use the dryer because more feathers would come out. Feathers are a very easy cleanup. He could've swept them up or he could've vacuum them. They were non-intelligent, ridiculous that I was gonna start a fire and burn the whole place down drying my down pillow. How can you go to a place and they wouldn't give me back my money and I had to take my wet pillow home. I think of people are gonna run a business they can't run with 12-year-old children oh, I'm gonna call my boss and find out if you can put it in the dryer.
