If you have a priority pass, it's highly likely that you may get waitlisted. Not sure how they prioritize which customers get to go in first but priority pass users definitely get the end stick of it. Nothing fancy here. Food is average at best (salad bar, soup, sandwiches, candies, and drinks). Really people come in here for the drinks and access to their bathroom which is a lot more private and clean than the ones outside. Great food spread and free drinks in a very small lounge at Logan terminal C. The hot food buffet and alcoholic beverage station makes up for the uncomfortable and limited seating. Here, you will need to make new friends to find a place to sit due to the clustered seating. The buffet has hot soups (quite good!), sandwiches, wraps, Crudités, and TONS of grab your own bottled beverages below the buffet in coolers. I sipped sparkling wine, chatted with my seat mates and stocked up on waters for my journey! Nice! Plus, they do announce boarding flights so no need to go to the gate until it's time! read more

Got here at 10a and very quiet. Desk staff friendly and accommodating as I had a colleague joining me who was on her way. No problem. Very quiet which is nice. Not especially clean though. It's right in front of gate C19. Odd for a lounge to be so tucked deep into the gates. Got there around 9:45am and had no trouble getting in as it was pretty empty. Priority passed it. I was kind of nervous because so many people have expressed here that they were turned away with PP. I arrived at 4:20pm on a day full of cancellations and delays due to the weather and was gearing for the worst. I did peek a waitlist with 2 names on it on the counter, but the last at the counter let me right in with no problems. I will say, it is packed. Can't really tell the distribution of business class to fellow priority passers, but regardless don't assume you'll get much privacy or peacefulness. There are, and will be, a wide array of people chatting away on their phones. Outlets are very limited, you'll have to scope along the wall corners for any. The small tables to place your food on are pretty scarce, so good luck. Bathrooms are within the lounge and kept clean. A person coming around with a cart to clear empty bottles and finished plates was not seen that often. The free WiFi is the airport WiFi. I will say that despite what other reviews have said, everyone was very friendly and nice. In particular, the bartender striked up a conversation and acknowledged me as I was approaching. The drink selections at the bar are pretty good and plentiful. The food is okay. I came starving, so I sampled a little bit of everything. The pasta salads and cheeses were pretty good. Vegetable platter came out often, the only sketchy looking ones were old looking celery stalks. The soups are kept hot which was good. The clam chowder was kinda gross - it had more of a cornstarchy kind of thickness. The tomato basil though was delicious. Drop a cube of cheese in it to let it melt for some extra goodness! They had instant ramen cups (chicken flavored), which I actually went for because I love them. The hot water next to the ramen is definitely not hot though, so hopefully you like your noodles super al dente (which I actually do, love that extra bite). There were a variety of sandwiches, from veggie, roast beef, Turkey, to chicken. I mostly ate the filling (ie. meat and cheese) and left the bread behind. Overall it's a satisfactory lounge. I was expecting a little less after reading the reviews, but I have to say is not as bad. Anna did an outstanding job serving and was very attentive, despite The Lounge been packed. I will say that was the plus! The minus is that the place is small and crowded. The food is good, well light but hello! If you are traveling a "red eye" you want to eat light. They have plenty of beverages to choose from (alcoholic or not). Women bathroom is clean and cozy. As I said is a small lounge but not as bad as I thought. The chairs are comfortable, and they have an area close to the food where you can charge your electronics. They also have some cubicles that are more closed and familiar. Like others have said, Priority Pass isn't welcome here. I fly out of Terminal C frequently and have yet to get into this lounge, even with 1.5 hours to spare. The front desk folks usually cite a 45m wait even when the lounge is empty...and act as if you are inconveniencing them. This has happened three times to me thus far. Recently, I dropped by the lounge and was quoted a 45m wait time despite the lounge being fairly empty. I returned 30m later to check on my standing and was made to feel unwelcome for asking - the front desk cited another 45m, saying that they needed to have other membership-holders leave before I could enter. They knew my boarding time was approaching but would not make an exception, though I just wanted a quick drink, and said I'd need to keep waiting. Then, two minutes later, after I've left for my gate, I receive a call saying capacity just opened up. Seriously? A minute before my boarding time. Please do not bother with this lounge unless you have 2+ hours to kill and your gate is right next door. It really shouldn't be listed on the PP site, as others have said. read more

They stopped taking Priority Pass for no apparent reason. I went through security specifically to get to this Lounge as my flight was out of C42 on the other side of Terminal C and I had a half-hour to kill. As I walked into the empty lobby there was two people sitting at the desk looking half-dead just staring at me. I usually wait to be called up to a counter out of courtesy, but clearly they weren't in the mood to even speak to a customer. Even as I walked up to the counter, just awkward silence and staring. Is it that hard just to muster up a "Hi"? As soon as I pull out my Priority Pass, the guy on the right says I can't take any Priority Pass members right now till 5:05pm. Stopped in with Priority Pass at 7:30AM - 10:00AM on a Saturday morning. It was full-ish, but still enough seats to easily find a quiet corner to ourselves. Breakfast spread was a little disappointing: bagels, yogurt bar, weird pancake machine, and some Nature Valley bars. I was craving a tomato juice but couldn't find any (though they had apple, pineapple, OJ, and grapefruit mini cans). One of the decently complex coffee machines is always a welcome site as well. A few kids running around, a few business travelers. Pretty middle of the road overall. Very nice staff. Can definitely see it being a PITA when more crowded, but early morning seems to be an OK time to camp out here for a while. For priority pass members, I would avoid this lounge if its not convenient for you. Its pretty dirty- from the carpets to the chairs- and there's a very limited selection of food and drinks. The most ridiculous coffee machine I have ever seen. Goofy little pouches in goofy candy flavors. The lounge looked half full at best but they were still asking for names and a phone number as usual for their "wait list". My wife and I are frequent travelers and on Wednesday June 28th around 4 pm we checked into JetBlue flight returning to Long Beach. We went to the Lounge and were treated very poorly at the desk. I approached the counter, the woman at the counter looked us up and down (we were in casual traveling clothes) asked if we were members, asked to see our cards and stared at us with a condescending look. She then said we would have to wait 1/2 hour until the crowd lightened. Its true there is often a wait to reduce crowds but we could have done without her snarky attitude. I have never been waitlisted in an empty lounge ever anywhere in the world. This lounge does it all the time. They consider themselves as Air Portugal and Aer Lingus Business Class Lounge and have that attitude. It's just a basic lounge, without the basic requirement, a welcoming smile. Solid lounge located in Terminal C across from Gate 19. Very convenient if you're flying JetBlue. I have Priority Pass Select, which gave me free entry. I arrived in Boston for breakfast and there were pastries, bagels, cereal, fruit, and a pancake machine. I didn't even want pancakes, but I just had to because the machine is so damn awesome. I had dinner before my departure in the evening a few days later, where the offerings included salads, sandwiches, and soup. The sandwiches were pretty standard, the pasta salad was good, and the clam chowder was awesome. Soda, juice, and booze (beer, wine, liquor) are offered. They had single serve bottles of Mumm Napa, so I got that for the novelty. To conclude, I took a bag of chips for the road and left happy. read more

LOVE this priority pass location. I've been to a few all in the US and this is by far my favorite. I was here at 11am for a flight and it was great. There were fresh veggies, drinks, and snacks. Lunch sandwiches and soup get put out at noon which was even better. Surprisingly this wasn't terrible cafeteria food, it was decent! I mean, the clam chowder isn't gourmet Yankee Lobster chowder, but it was a step up from canned soup! Bloody Marys were made strong and spicy and I love that it wasn't that crowded and there was plenty of space. Coffee is from quality machines and seating is ample at quiet time I went. Clean facilities.
