It's on the 5th floor of a midtown office building, and they have a couple of different rooms. We did the couples massage room since that's what we did in Thailand. The difference is here you take off your clothes and they use a sheet over you. In Thailand they had you wear a robe. The two ladies that worked on us were fab. I got the "hard" massage and my friend got "medium." We were both happy with our choices. We started face down on the mat. Yep there are mats that are on the floor, not a raised table. They went from the feet to the legs, bending the legs, pushing on the muscles. It feels like a yoga class, massage and physics therapy appointment all at once. They match your body's abilities and don't push or pull you too hard. The coolest part was the bow pose/back bend of sorts, where they pull your arms back into the air off the floor and have your feet hooked onto their hips. My neck and shoulders are super tight so they helped a lot with that, focusing on it because they noticed I needed it. They cover every part of the body except private parts. Loved it. Definitely my massage of choice.
