The ONLY place I go! Been going here for about 8 months, every visit has been fantastic! I've seen a few different techs, but Zoe is my favorite! She is super thorough without keeping you there for ever, and she always nails the designs.

This is a picture of my eye brows currently

I visited on March 6th, 2025, for an eyebrow wax and tint. Unfortunately, the service provided was incomplete and did not meet professional standards, and the price did not align with the quality of the work performed. Also my eyebrows because very itchy which has never happened before and red bumps started to form all around my eye brows this was a terrible experience for me.

Design done by Lynn based on what I showed her!

Popped up on June 1st at about 10:30. The experience, for me, was nothing short of amazing. From the initial phone call, to me walking in explaining what I wanted, to the patience extended to me in answering my questions AND changing my mind lol. But Lynn is tough af on the "what I show you and what I get" designs!!! Michael was my pedi tech today. He gives a great foot massage. I will definitely be back. The environment was professional and inviting...af! I can 100% appreciate that.

Don't go here. Nails were SO UNEVEN. Nail tech talked on the phone and was rough with my hand. She rushed through so fast. Wasn't kind or trying to make a new steady customer. Didn't even ask me my name or where I was from. Honestly don't know why I tipped her $10. I though a simple natural looking set wouldn't be that hard. Some nails weren't even the correct size of my nail she just guessed and glued the tips right on there

Leftover dip powder dried to cuticles.

I was looking forward to trying LuA nails after hearing so many good things about it. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. My dip powder was sloppy and left my fingers with extra dried powder all over them. After 1 week my nails began to crack and chip. I have never had that happen before. Dip usually lasts on my nails for 3 weeks minimum without chipping. On top of that, it was $55 for dip only. Yes, I paid $55 for a dip manicure when in actuality I only got the dip powder. No cuticle clean up, no lotion, no massage, nothing. I also got a polish change on my toes and after a week, it is already chipping. I am extremely disappointed with LuA nails.

if i could do a 0 or -0 i would. i've been to them a few times. i went and got my nails filled like normal, as they had done the last set, and i guess they did not seal them right because now i have GREEN FUNGUS ON MULTIPLE NAILS. i've gotten my nails done for over 10 years and i've never ever had this happen. and this particular time that i did go - you can see the intent on my middle finger - she did that with the DRILL i almost cried in pain. she cut several cuts with that drill around my nail and then also almost drilled into my nail... AND NOW THE FUNGUS! it's from water/moisture getting between my real nail and the acrylic - which means she didn't seal it correctly! i will never ever go back and y'all should stay away too! on top of that, she took over 1.5 hours for a fill in and went in her previous time even tho i said i had only an hour or so and she promised i'd be done - but she kept trying to fix the shape

This not even 1/3 of the dipping powder colors they have!! So many to choose from!

This is the only nail salon I go to Auburn but recently their service has been extremely slow. The wait time is very long (sometimes 30-40+ minutes) and they seem to be understaffed on some days. The quality is okay depending on who you go to-- Niki and CeCe do the best. I'd recommend planning at least two hours out of your day if you're getting service.

Chipped pinky nail and weird pock marks on my toes

Came here w/ my friend as a walk-in and they were really accommodating. However, the man was so rough on her feet and ended up opening an old blister that was basically already healed. The lady did like 7 coats of gel polish on my toes which ended up peeling off the next day. These are my toes last night (one day after getting them done). It was $44 per person and it was truly the biggest waste of money. Visit the spot at your own risk.

    Terrible paint job!!

This place is overly expensive, but My dip powder set was amazing, but my pedicure was horrible! Will not be going back to pedicure, but only for dip powder.

This was kinda like the color she used. I was drinking this soda, writing this and saw it looked familiar to the color.

New here, it needs to close down. The front desk lady is rude and was loudly arguing with someone on the phone INSIDE the salon, which I won't lie was entertaining but not professional, take that outside. The lady who was doing my feet was sweet, but she kept bumping my feet everywhere causing my polish to do this drip effect. So after my feet dried it look terrible. The yellow she used (this was around Easter ) was a grunge dark yellow. Which is not fit for Easter. And it was so expensive, the only thing I liked was the concept. The royal Paris concept. And I liked the fact they offered drinks. But I definitely will continue going to Royal Nails.

A friend of mine stated that you get a drink while getting your pedicure done, they didn't offer while they offered others. Then the pedicure was horrible. I still have crusty feet and then the pedicurist asked was I going to pay her when clearly you haven't given me time. Overpriced and bad service!

No one asks to have a disability--it's simply a part of life. Children with disabilities should…read morenever be treated as though they've done something wrong because they experience the world differently. My granddaughter is amazing, and she deserves the same patience, kindness, and respect as every other child. My granddaughter turns five in two days, and her mom wanted to take her somewhere special to get her nails and toes painted for her birthday. Since Long Nails in Opelika is where we usually go, She thought it would be a good experience for her. Before even getting started, she explained that her daughter is autistic and can become restless or distracted. She also told the technician that she might move around and that it was okay if the polish wasn't absolutely perfect. To help make things easier and faster, she even chose gel polish. Despite that conversation, every time my granddaughter moved even slightly, the technician seemed visibly annoyed. There were eye rolls, huffing when she had to reposition her hand in the LED lamp, and an overall lack of patience that made me increasingly uncomfortable. After finishing her nails, the technician asked, "Are you sure you still want me to paint them?" when it was time to do her toes. When Mom said yes and asked if it would take much longer, she rolled her eyes again. At that point, Mom decided to pay for the nails and leave because it wasn't ok to continue allowing a child to be treated that way. It's understand that working with young children can require extra patience. However, she was upfront from the beginning about what to expect, and we don't believe any child should be made to feel like an inconvenience--especially when they're simply trying to enjoy a birthday treat. - Our biggest fear when Rae had gotten her diagnosis last year was that she'd be treated differently because of it. Today that fear became a reality and it truly hurts. There's no reason why her or any other person with a disability shouldn't be able to enjoy an experience because people lack the patience and common decency to treat them with kindness and respect!!

I had a pedicure and French dipping nails today. What a great place to come to. Love the results…read moreand great service. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!
