That kind of coverage is practically unheard of. The service advisors are always friendly and take the time to clearly explain what's going on with my car, which I really appreciate since I'm not very car-savvy. They're also honest about what services are actually needed and don't try to upsell me on unnecessary work like dealerships often do. They said it's likely valve seals and they don't do engine tear downs and would have to replace the whole engine assembly and would cost 3k-7.5k. We picked up the car to take to another shop and didn't make it half a mile before my son pulls over. The engine light was on and it had no power (we didn't drop it off in this shape). We called and were told they only pulled spark plugs to diagnose (for nearly 200 when we already told them the problem) and said it was coincidence. The new shop said they cracked a spark plugs when they put it back in. This is the 2nd time I've had issues and wouldn't recommend for so much as an oil change.

The parts department and the service department, were able to get the parts in and get me back on the road the following morning, without the upselling, that you find with most dealerships. Great bunch of folks, if I didn't live so far away, I would do more business with them.

We left the truck with their service department. They wrote down each of our concerns and phoned us the next day with feedback. Very thorough and friendly. Once the part they were waiting on was installed they called to say the truck was ready. We prepared to make another two and half hour drive, but no they offered (without prompting) to deliver our vehicle. AWESOME! We truly appreciated the extra touch. They were flexible with my daughter's class schedule and even offered to pick up the car key from her. They were able to diagnose the issue, made some observations and advise us on what need to be done. Estimates and detailed suggestions were given for us to make a decision on what to do. Repairs were done in such timely manner that my daughter was able to get there before closing the next day to pick up the car!
