We were there first thing in the morning and treated professionally, respectfully and politely. Our first visit there the place was very clean and smelled wonderful. These dogs are not easy to groom and their recommendations as well as procedures were explained so there wasn't any confusion. Approximately 4 hour grooming. When we arrived to pick them up, both boys looked handsome and smelled amazing. They were just laying in safe location watching other dogs get the pampering they just received. Gravy is dog reactive, so I was apprehensive about boarding him with other dogs. The staff there have been amazingly accommodating with him, and there's never been a major incident. When one minor incident did occur, to no fault of the staff, they called me immediately to let me know what was going on. Gravy seems genuinely excited to get dropped off there, and the staff seems to love him. The photos they take of him each day reassure me that he's having a fantastic time. I can't imagine going to another boarding facility.

We have a 4 year old Great Pyrenees mix and he was in rough shape. But thanks to Dogz Gone Wild, they fixed him right up! I'm sure long haired dogs aren't the easiest to groom, especially when their undercoat is a bit matted like Teddy's was. He looks absolutely amazing now though! He came home happy and looks like a brand new dog. The staff is so friendly and communicate really well. We were updated the whole time. They took the time to really care for our dog and did a thorough job. We can't wait to see them in 8 weeks when Teddy goes back!!

During the consultation(via zoom) her connection was absolutely horrendous. Most of the call I couldn't understand her or there was a significant lag/glitch. During the call I started to take notes but she told me that wouldn't be necessary as she would send a full plan of her recommendation on how to treat the situation with product recommendations and a week by week plan with instructions on how to move forward. She also said she would be readily available throughout the process if I had questions or follow ups. So I waited a week giving her the benefit of the doubt. I then reached out multiple times to follow up on the material/plan and was absolutely ghosted by this business. It's now been six months and I received nothing. This business is an ABSOLUTE SCAM.
