I ordered two of the breakfast Tacos, one with eggs and cheese, and one with beans, both wrapped in a flour tortilla. My egg and cheese was delicious so full of fluffy eggs. I ordered the green sauce and the red sauce and they are both absolutely delicious, though the green has more heat. There is a line, but it seems to move quickly. Many people were there buying the fruit drinks in pouches. There were so many flavors available and they seem extremely popular. They reminded me of adult versions of Capri Suns. Everybody at the standard or very upbeat and friendly and seem to enjoy interacting with the crowd. There are two tables next to the stand so we were able to sit and eat. I can't wait to try their lunch menu at the Syracuse farmers market when it opens.

Her kolaches are amazing! The jalepeno and cheddar kolache was served warm, and it was deliciously savory with a hint of sweetness. The fruit kolache was pillowy soft and made for an excellent dessert after a full day at the Farmer's market. I've been hearing awesome things about her breakfast tacos, and obviously her aguas Frescas, as well (and will definitely come back to try those!)!

They definitely bring some variety to the market and will hopefully stay there for longer. You get a decent portion for the price you pay. I found the pasta held up really well for leftovers as I couldn't finish the whole portion in one sitting. I love the aesthetic and the thinking behind the name and concept of doomsday pasta.
