If you can use your coupons that come in the mail- I find that they're a better value than the deals in the app. The self ordering kiosk doesn't accept cash so don't waste your time if that's how you want to pay. The recent Halloween menu has some great items. The nuggets were a great deal 8 for $3 and the purple ice cream sundae was probably my favorite frozen dairy item ever from a fast food establishment. The purple caramel sauce was very creamy and delicious and the candy coated pop rocks were a great touch. Also the zesty sauce is my favorite sauce from any fast food place. It's great off the fries and onion rings. This place has a Coke remix machine and you can create your own favor combos. I love the raspberry and lime ginger ale. Kids like the strawberry sprite. Lots of options with the zero sugar lines. The drive thru is very tight and on the right there's a rock wall but beyond that- the fall is pretty steep. We are in this area from time to time and we've stopped by this location in our travels. Located on the side of the building, facing the main road, you have to cross through the drive-thru line of cars (or park on the left side of the building), follow the sidewalk toward the drive-thru, bear left and then look to your left to see the door. We placed a rather large (seven people) on-line order over the summer and they did manage to forget an item, so I get how that process needs to improve at this location. We also got an item that was not 'ours' in that order. Perhaps a case of 'wrong bag' in a busy kitchen? Whatever, the person without a burger was unimpressed as was the person who paid for the sandwich. Figuring out how to stop this madness definitely needs to happen. When we order inside for just a person or two, they do 'get it right'. There are napkins, straws and a couple other items located in an area just past the cashier. Whether you are dining-in, or taking-out, you need to grab your own items from this area. The staff are pleasant even if not the most interactive. Last visit I had their fish value meal. I must say, this fish is good. The outside is surprisingly crispy, you can really taste the cheese on there, nice bun and it was well constructed (as in, everything lined up, my cheese wasn't half off the patty for example). I will definitely get this fish sandwich any day ahead of some other fast food option. Way better texture and taste. I like Wendy's and am glad I have this option.
