I have been here sporadically through the years since I posted my 1 star review about 13 years ago. I would like to say that the service at the counters has greatly improved and I don't feel it's fair to leave my 1 star review (although that experience was horrible). The guy that's there on weekday afternoons has done everything to make sure everything's right and even made my sundae order after the food was ready so that it wouldn't melt. If you can use your coupons that come in the mail- I find that they're a better value than the deals in the app. The self ordering kiosk doesn't accept cash so don't waste your time if that's how you want to pay. The recent Halloween menu has some great items. The nuggets were a great deal 8 for $3 and the purple ice cream sundae was probably my favorite frozen dairy item ever from a fast food establishment. The purple caramel sauce was very creamy and delicious and the candy coated pop rocks were a great touch. Also the zesty sauce is my favorite sauce from any fast food place. It's great off the fries and onion rings. This place has a Coke remix machine and you can create your own favor combos. I love the raspberry and lime ginger ale. Kids like the strawberry sprite. Lots of options with the zero sugar lines. The drive thru is very tight and on the right there's a rock wall but beyond that- the fall is pretty steep. In the middle of handing me my food i started to ask for an item that was missing, He told me to wait a minute while another rude young woman asked for something. He then made me wait while he took care of her request. Where have manners and respect gone? read more

I experienced severe stomach complications after visiting this Burger King but the staff was amazing. Nicest people I've ever met and insane work ethic. Everyone at this establishment should be given a raise except the person ordering ingredients. read more

Horrible...I have ordered delivery a few times and every single time my order is not correct...I will not be ordering there again...it's a very small town with little options for fast food...they delivered me a cold whopper with no condiments nor vegetables on it...the cheese was not melted and the bun was hard. This is THE WORST BK of all time...and they just rebuilt the damn place...I have ordered from there a few times via door dash and every single time my order is not right...the latest being last night when the sent me a nasty whopper with unmelted cheese and zero condiments on it...my order did not in any way reflect what I actually got...the chicken sandwich I received was inedible as the bun was hard as a rock...they never send the sauces you ask for nor any napkins...wtf...I sent pics to the company and the offered me a fckn 10$ couponI will never go back which sucks bc this is a very very small town so there isn't much to choose from...but I will NEVER EVER go back there read more

Nice customer service like for example you can ask questions and they will reply back with a simple "yes,no,maybe,let me go ask". I feel really comfortable ordering from a company that has nice employees for instance this location. Finally the food, it's always good and fresh that apply's to almost every thing you can order from this Burger King. read more

Great spot for a burger! Always some mid meal entertainment between the manager and workers. Always a fun experience to be cussed out by a fast food manager! Most mid food I've ever had but the great opening promotion seems pretty good. read more

The girl taking orders at the drive through was having a really bad day today evidently. I was told not to yell in her speaker, after I waited several minutes and said "Hello". She said , she was the only person working both drive through windows and I would have to wait. I proceeded to tell her that it's not my fault she's alone and that all she had to do was say, " I'll be with you in a minute". She proceeded to tell me to leave the drive through she wasn't going to take my order because of my attitude. I pulled out (luckily there was nobody behind me) and went inside to complain. Inside there was a long line of people . I went up to the counter and nobody would help me. The drive through girl came out and I said " you have a really nice attitude". As I was asking to speak to the manager she proceeds to tell me to "Go Fxxx Yourself" twice. The person loading food in the bags turns around and says " I am the manager". I said " you did hear what she said to me". He responded " yes there will be repercussions ". He then turns around and walks away. I and all the other customers stood there slack Jawed. The drive through girl goes back to her job at the window and I leave without ever placing an order. I just want everyone to know, there is no way to call and complain to Burger King, you have to do it online with an email. They send you some generic probably automated response from "Jessica ". I am going to boycot Burger King for the rest of my life. All the customers in line as well as i agreed that that girl should of been fired on the spot. I am proud of myself for being the bigger person. My kids were very upset, dealing with them when i got home was the worst part. I am 53 years old and this is my first online complaint. I think i will try and get in touch with the Franchise owner James Camillori from JSC Management. If Burger king doesnt care about how their employees behave, maybe he will. I'm not here to write about the food. I'm here to write about the workers. Food was fine (it's a Burger King) but there was only 2 specifically one worker/workers that were doing their job. A really young tan looking girl and an older girl with short gray hair and she's the one I specifically want to talk about there was also a couple of boys and one that looked like a manager that looked like they weren't doing a damn thing which is why I'm only giving 4 stars not 5. But I came in last night around 8 on my dinner break and ordered my sandwiches and well I gotta say the short haired older girl should be running that store because she was quick and had my sandwiches out quick because they were actually still hot when I ate them. She was even telling the boy who looked like a manager what to do and he looked dopey and clueless. Who ever runs that store needs to put her in charge because she was on the ball. I had to write a review because I never seen a regular worker boss a manager around I WAS STUNNED and I was thinking that they need to change shirts. I wish I got her name because she needs a raise and a promotion. The kid who was running the place seemed high as a kite or just not all there. But again the food was fine and hot. The girl that was working the drive-through in the Westerly location on Tuesday, December 10 at around 6:30 PM (Robin) clearly does not know how to do her job. She said nothing when she handed me my receipt or my food not even a thank you. Not even a have a nice night, complete silence. When I got home I realized there was no salad dressing with my salad. It's not rocket science. I ordered a salad with balsamic vinaigrette and got just a salad. You have one job to do. I tried calling that location several times looking up several different numbers on the Internet and no one answers the phone there. That girl should find another job. We love Burger King but had to walk out of this one and will not go back. We waited 10 minutes to order but the manager was just running around yelling at employees because they had not set up her personal station to her standards. Than she went into the cash drawer, counting money, then went and played with the french fries with her bare hands, and then went in back and started playing with some buns, all without washing her hands or using any gloves. I've never encountered such rude service. We literally stood at the counter for ten minutes and no one said anything or acknowledged us. We even asked the employee who was standing in front of us for assistance and she literally ignored us. I understand the drive through was busy, but you don't completely ignore people inside. Go to Wendy's or anyplace else. read more
