I don't use any, so this answer was especially frustrating. When the appointment was over, I truly couldn't tell what she did to my eyelashes as there was no difference from when I walked in to the end of my appointment. Not to mention, I had glue left all over my eyelids and tint dye smeared around my lash line and face, pictures attached. My brows still had wax residue, and sugar was matted into my hair. When I sat up, my hair was literally stuck to the table. I regret paying for these services and would not recommend this location to anyone for the services I received. I was promised a partial refund (even though the service deserved a full one), and nearly a month later I'm still waiting--despite calling four times to follow up. Each time I've been met with excuses and zero urgency to make things right. To make matters worse, one staff member told me they had never received complaints about this esthetician, while another admitted there had been many.
