He worked with me to get a large document scanned and emailed and was so patient with the many documents we had sent his way. His customer service was superb and he was so helpful!!! Thank you, Brandon, will recommend you to everyone!!! This post goes out specifically to the store manager Brian. He absolutely saved me today and I am so appreciative! I had a mishap with my package and accidentally chose to make the receiver sign for it. When I went to change it to just drop off, corporate UPS forced me to have the package sent all the way back to me before I could resend. Luckily I went in to Brian and he made the whole situation efficient and easy to fix. I would have been in a world of hurt without his amazing customer service! However, on February 7, I saw that there was no movement on my tracking number and only the label had been created. I called in to ask for information and was told there was nothing they could do and it was out of their hands, even though it was never scanned in by USPS. I also emailed back and forth with this store manager, Paula, who was unhelpful and refused to give me a refund even though the service was not completed. In the meantime, I had to take a day off from work and drive hours to a passport agency in order to apply for a passport in person. All while, my passport, social security number and other personal information is floating around and taking a joyride around the country. Terrible and unreliable service here. I should've read the other reviews before I came here, as other people have also had awful experiences.

Even though this location is most convenient for me, I was avoiding it due to the many bad reviews…read more I finally decided to stop in a few months ago, and I have had zero issues with my 5+ visits since. I drop off my outgoing UPS packages, taped up and labeled, and I receive a receipt every time. I always reuse packaging and mailers, and I haven't had any issues with my non-UPS boxes or bubble bags. The manager is nice and polite. Don't be afraid!!
