They give you good prices and only fix what needs to be fixed without trying to make more money out of you. The reason for this is easy, they have plenty of work and most work comes in through word to mouth, so if they would do bad work, in a small town like Comfort this would be something you don't want. Depending on what you need, I would go there even when you have to come from San Antonio. You can always check out the rest of the city and ask a friend to pick you up.

The owner is onsite and very helpful if you have any questions. It is brushless which I like. There is nothing to snag a wiper blade, trim, antenna, etc. I did lower my antenna and fold in my mirrors anyway. The blow dry at the end is good. Make sure to drive thru it slowly to get the most water off. Also, it is apparent that the owner keeps the facility well maintained. Some car washes the presoak and spot-free rinses look just like water, and they probably are. My car looked awesome after this wash! And no water spots at all. Will definitely be back.

Definitely negative experiences. As a short background, I had a Nissan Xterra that sat for nearly 2 years of my driveway, because no one in Bandera could seem to pinpoint what issues were. I even had one shop tell me to "drive it until the wheels fell off", completely, disregarding the fact that this is my only transportation and my safety, and sometimes life, depend upon it. When I totaled my Ranger, I had been so impressed with the work that Main Street had done on it, that I took a huge leap of faith and put the total money into repairing all the mystery ailments of the Xterra. As a surprise for me, the mystery ailments weren't at all a surprise to Main Street and they fixed it beautifully. I always get my oil changed there as they do a bumper-to-bumper review of everything and I'm telling you these people do not tell you you need something that you don't. They will tell you if they see something that you can expect might need attention so you're not blindsided, unlike the other auto shop. They care about my safety. They did me so right on my Xterra when I was just in the worst spot ever. If you want an auto shop that you can honestly trust, I can't recommend them enough. If you live in Bandera, they are on 16 like you're heading to Medina on your left across from K and M auto. They are open on weekdays. They have quite a number of bays so if you make an oil change appointment with you they get you done quick. My Xterra has 222,000 miles on it. They call me two hours later to tell me they couldn't get to my vehicle and they didn't know why it was scheduled, there were other people in front of me. Which is their mistake and they should've caught it before I walked out of there. I could've taken my car and had it done in the morning in Boerne or San Antonio at Toyota. I told him I was leaving my car early because I was headed to San Antonio. Had I known this at 8:30 when I dropped it off, poor customer service on their part.
