Without telling her too much, she found my trouble spots immediately, which she worked pretty hard on. It was a great mix of some uncomfortable, but MUCH needed deep tissue work, and a super relaxing massage. For me, I need both to help heal injuries but also be deeply relaxed. It focuses on the lymphatic system, where she performed rythmic movements to stimulate lymph flow at the various areas throughout the body to flush toxins. At first I didn't think it was going to be very relaxing, but she said it would be and she was right... very very right. Relaxing and detoxifying? Awesome.
