It is truly spotless and very comfortable for relaxing in the shade of huge the trees. There are plenty of greenery. It is very peaceful--a great place to rest, pray, or meditate. I highly recommend it if you are in the area. You can come to shop at the nearby mall--there's a Target, Marshalls, Burlington, Starbucks, a taco shop, an Acme, and much more. You could come here first to exercise or simply enjoy the view of the Hudson and the tranquility, and then do your shopping--or vice versa. It comes highly recommended. I'm not sure who manages this place--whether it's the state government or someone else--but it is very well maintained, with plenty of trash cans and benches for enjoying the view. It's Free. Kudos to the entire team responsible for the maintenance and the vision of having a place like this right in the middle of the city. Blessings and hugs.

While many mainstay stores have left, they have a few stores still that could make it worth a visit: uniglo, stew Leonard's, LL Bean, etc. The food court upstairs has far fewer options now. The one thing I've always liked about this mall was that it was easy to navigate and hard to get lost in, unlike its sister the Garden State Plaza mall. Plus parking is super easy in comparison as well because of far fewer patrons. Management also seems to have kept up with the mall's maintenance and decor even with fewer tenants. No tax on most clothes and shoes in NJ so that's always a plus! You won't likely find everything you need here but if that's not an issue, not a bad mall at all.

Today was the day: I was going to go into the beyond, and see the rest of what Paramus Park had to offer. And to be honest, it offered very little. As I ventured through the entire Mall, in maybe took me 15-20 minutes in a relatively comfortable pace, and it SEEMS 1/2 open businesses, and 1/2 shuttered-closed businesses. I like a quiet mall. I avoid malls on weekends for this reason, but this wasn't just quiet, it was strangely quiet. I've just experienced a mall past it's prime. Odd. I would've loved to see it in it's glory. There were more people in Stew Leanords (probably) then the entire mall put-together. Thank god for that supermarket to choose Paramus Park for its location! In any case --- it's a decent visit in the "land of malls".

Over the year it has gone through ups and downs, but has gotten some excellent tenants like Kura Sushi, King Fu Tea, PhonToday, Gyro Project over the years. There's also a Walgreens. Now it's so popular it is difficult to find parking in the lot. Surprisingly after 14 years I discovered they have an underground parking lot in the back. Parking is for shoppers only limited to 3 hours.

They often get name-brand items - that may have been surplus - and knock around 30% - 50% off retail. And there are always gems to be found. In front, you can typically find most of their latest products. So, I often swing by and glance there because those items typically sell out quickly. The staff is generally nice and the head cashier "Khan" is great. However, they don't usually have many cashiers working, so the lines tend to get long during peak hours after work around 4 PM - 6 PM Overall, I always find something at Lot-Less that makes the trip worthwhile.

I feel like because it's a bit further back (on the border of Hoboken / JC) there is way less of a crowd then the JC shopping center with Shop Rite. Even though Shop-Rite is closer to my house, I mainly food shop here because shop-rite is always a crowded zoo. The supermarket used to be an A&P, but recently switched over to Acme. I also hit up Pier 1 from time to time, and just like everything else in this shopping center, it's rarely crowded which is really nice. Other stores include Best Buy, a beauty supply store and a couple of fast food options. I wish that there was something healthier to eat, because your only choices are a Popeyes or a Papa Johns. But, definitely not a big deal. There aren't too many shopping centers in Jersey City and it's nice to have this as an option!
