I feel like because it's a bit further back (on the border of Hoboken / JC) there is way less of a crowd then the JC shopping center with Shop Rite. Even though Shop-Rite is closer to my house, I mainly food shop here because shop-rite is always a crowded zoo. The supermarket used to be an A&P, but recently switched over to Acme. I also hit up Pier 1 from time to time, and just like everything else in this shopping center, it's rarely crowded which is really nice. Other stores include Best Buy, a beauty supply store and a couple of fast food options. I wish that there was something healthier to eat, because your only choices are a Popeyes or a Papa Johns. But, definitely not a big deal. There aren't too many shopping centers in Jersey City and it's nice to have this as an option!

I highly recommend it if you are in the area. You can come to shop at the nearby mall--there's a Target, Marshalls, Burlington, Starbucks, a taco shop, an Acme, and much more. You could come here first to exercise or simply enjoy the view of the Hudson and the tranquility, and then do your shopping--or vice versa. It comes highly recommended. I'm not sure who manages this place--whether it's the state government or someone else--but it is very well maintained, with plenty of trash cans and benches for enjoying the view. It's Free. There are a couple of stores to window shop and eateries to drop by (aka Haagen Dazs). On our (my) to-do is to try out the Old Pancake House (I've been to the other two locations and am a fan - my OPH fandom will be complete once I try the one in City Place.) I walk here, but there's a parking deck if you're driving. In short, nice shopping area in a good location.

So bad that I have ovoilded coming here and would drive 8 extra miles to get to the stores and restaurants in Paramus. #2 Is New Jersey's antiquated Blue Laws where on Sunday you can get groceries, and a bottle of Voka but not buy a paintbrush or a pair of socks.

Only three stars b/c its on the smaller side and thus doesn't have as many stores as the other malls in town.

Over the year it has gone through ups and downs, but has gotten some excellent tenants like Kura Sushi, King Fu Tea, PhonToday, Gyro Project over the years. There's also a Walgreens. Now it's so popular it is difficult to find parking in the lot. Surprisingly after 14 years I discovered they have an underground parking lot in the back. Parking is for shoppers only limited to 3 hours.

The mall has 4 stories and many sections to explore. Fast casual food is clustered in a food court together (Vanessa's dumplings, pizza, ect). Sit down restaurants are a floor above (Yard House. Hibachi, ect). Bubble tea and ice cream shops are sprinkled throughout. Place has a mix of luxury stores (Gucci, Tiffany & Co, Hermes) and budget options (Uniqlo, Gap). I also saw a self serve wine bar and a champagne bar. What makes this place stand out is the indoor water park, the Nickelodeon theme amusement park, indoor ski slope with artificial snow and live theater. An H-Mart supermarket and food hall claim residence. They also have a large arcade with claw machines, video games and interactive games. A fun place to just shop, or have fun at the attraction parks.

This mall is huge. I happened to enter on a more quieter side. I strolled through the section of the mall I entered in and was in complete sensory overload because its so much to see and the stores were abundant. There were plenty of resting areas in the mall and of a more luxury appeal. This mall boast of an indoor amusement park. The park is not in my opinion work the cost. It appeared that Nickelodeon portion is a separate fee from the waterpark portion. The amusement park portion was in a more crowded and busier portion of the mall. Covering the entire mall didnt seem feasible in one day. I will get back another time as it is huge.
