He was over 10x the limit. I don't see how you can blame what happened on the owners of Tonnelle Plaza for that. As for the amount of time the repairs took, I would guess that filling in a dump-truck sized hole in a parking lot takes a decent amount of planning and physical labor, not to mention the legalities of who was going to pay for it. I do agree that the owners could have been far more forthcoming about when they would reopen.

I also saw a self serve wine bar and a champagne bar. What makes this place stand out is the indoor water park, the Nickelodeon theme amusement park, indoor ski slope with artificial snow and live theater. An H-Mart supermarket and food hall claim residence. They also have a large arcade with claw machines, video games and interactive games. It appeared that Nickelodeon portion is a separate fee from the waterpark portion. The amusement park portion was in a more crowded and busier portion of the mall. The space in the store is good, nothing appears cluttered or scattered and the floors are kept clean. Needed to use the restroom and that is also an area that only has one per gender and the lines become a bit much. Due to the restrooms overuse it definitely requires additional cleaning to maintain it clean and stocked with toiletries.
