He was over 10x the limit. I don't see how you can blame what happened on the owners of Tonnelle Plaza for that. As for the amount of time the repairs took, I would guess that filling in a dump-truck sized hole in a parking lot takes a decent amount of planning and physical labor, not to mention the legalities of who was going to pay for it. I can see the current tenants like Chase, Aldi, and Chuck E Cheese lining up to sue the current landlord if this situation is not rectified ASAP!
